17 pages are sharing one sentence

Google shows a short description under every link in its results. Only two of your eighteen pages have one of their own — the homepage and the photo gallery — so the other sixteen all print the homepage’s sentence instead. It is a good sentence about the summit. It is not a description of the programme, the delegate packages, the B2B meetings, the partner page or the 2025 results, and it is what a searcher reads before deciding whether to click any of them.

8 to fix · 2 to decide
1

The payment button on your most expensive package does nothing

Fix in Strapi 1 button · the 143 100 ₽ package

Why it matters

Three delegate packages sit side by side on the homepage — 79 500 ₽, 111 300 ₽ and 143 100 ₽ — and each has an «ОПЛАТИТЬ ПО СЧЕТУ» button underneath it. The first two open the invoice form correctly. The third one, on the most expensive package, was saved with the placeholder address the editor fills in before a real destination is chosen, so clicking it does nothing at all.

Someone who has decided to buy your top-priced package presses the button and the page simply does not move. There is no error and nothing to tell them to try elsewhere.

This is one field, and it is the first thing on this list.

Where to change it

Strapi → the delegate packages block on the homepage → the 143 100 ₽ package → the ОПЛАТИТЬ ПО СЧЕТУ button

Verified. All three buttons were read out of the page as served on 26 August. The first two carry /summit-invoice-form/; the third carries #, which is the placeholder value and has no destination.

2

The delegate registration form cannot reach its system

Fix in Strapi 1 page · your delegate registration page

Why it matters

The registration form on /registration-form/ appears and accepts what a delegate types, but the address it sends their details to has been switched off. The browser cannot even find the server: the name wisent-live-api.hyve.ru no longer exists in the world’s address books, so nothing submitted reaches you.

The registration system itself is fine — it moved to a new address and this page was left pointing at the old one. The address is written into the block of HTML that holds the form, in Strapi, so your team can fix it without waiting for a release.

This is the same problem we found on MosBuild earlier today and on MiningWorld last week. The provider changed domains and the embedded address was never updated anywhere.

Where to change it

Strapi → Регистрация делегата → the form block holding the registration embed

In the form’s HTML block, findAnd change it to
https://wisent-live-api.hyve.ru/api
https://wisent-api.itegroup.online/api

Verified. Checked on the live site on 26 August. The page as served still contains data-apibaseurl="https://wisent-live-api.hyve.ru/api". A public DNS lookup for that name returns nothing at all, while wisent-api.itegroup.online answers normally.

3

Terms, Privacy Policy and Cookie policy in the footer all lead nowhere

Fix in Strapi all 18 pages · 3 links

Why it matters

«Положения и условия», «Политика конфиденциальности» and «Cookie policy» are all saved as the placeholder address, so clicking any of them does nothing. They sit in the footer, which means they are on every page of the site.

These are the links a visitor looks for before typing their name, company, telephone number and e-mail into one of your forms — which is exactly what the homepage, the feedback form and the registration form all ask them to do. Right now there is nothing behind any of the three.

It is three values in one record. If the documents themselves do not exist yet, that is worth knowing now rather than the first time somebody asks for them.

Where to change it

Strapi → the footer record → the three links at the bottom

Verified. Read out of the homepage as served on 26 August: all three links carry href="#", the placeholder value. They come from one footer record, so one edit fixes all 18 pages.

15 page titles are internal working names

Fix in Strapi 15 pages

Why it matters

The title is the blue line a person clicks in a Google result, and the name that appears on a browser tab. Most of yours currently read like notes to yourself — «Summit Form 2», «Feedback-form», «become a delegate» — and four different pages are called some variant of «Summit Form», so a visitor with several tabs open cannot tell which is which.

They are also in English on a site that is otherwise entirely in Russian.

Suggestions below are built from each page’s own main heading, so they should need only a light edit. Please read them before publishing.

16 pages need a description of their own

Fix in Strapi 16 pages

Why it matters

This is the sentence at the top of this report. Only the homepage and the photo gallery have a description saved; the other sixteen pages fall back to the homepage’s, so Google prints the same line under all of them.

A description does not change your position in the results. It decides whether the person looking at them clicks your link or the one underneath it. Two or three sentences, 120 to 155 characters, in Russian.

Six of the sixteen are worth writing properly, because they are the pages people arrive on from a search: the programme, both results pages, the B2B meetings page, the delegate packages and the partner page. The four card-payment forms and the invoice form can keep the default — nobody finds those through Google.

The programme day headings are set to Heading 1

Fix in Strapi 2 pages

Why it matters

A page should have exactly one main heading — the title at the top that tells a reader and a search engine what the whole page is about. The homepage has six, and the programme page has six, because each day of the programme was typed as a Heading 1.

Two of the six on each page are empty: a blank heading left behind by pressing Enter at the end of a Heading 1 line. They are invisible to a reader and visible to a search engine.

Delete the two empty lines on each page, and change the day headings from Heading 1 to Heading 2. Nothing will look different — Heading 2 is styled the same way in these blocks.

Where to change it

Strapi → the homepage and Программа 2026 → the programme block → the heading style dropdown

PageWhat is there now

Verified. Both pages read on 26 August. Six main headings on each, two of them blank on each — exactly as listed above.

7

Both video-testimonial pages have the same heading

Fix in Strapi 2 pages

Why it matters

Both pages are headed «Видеоотзывы участников», with nothing to say which year each one covers. A visitor who lands on one from search cannot tell, and Google has two pages that look identical to each other.

Adding the year to each heading — «Видеоотзывы участников 2025» and «Видеоотзывы участников 2026» — settles it. It is two words.

Where to change it

Strapi → Видеоотзывы 2025 and Видеоотзывы 2026 → the main heading

8

89 images are heavier than they need to be

Fix in Strapi about 152 MB across 18 pages

Why it matters

This is an unusually heavy site for its size: 107 images averaging 1.4 MB each, of which 71 are over a megabyte and the largest is 3.4 MB. The photo gallery alone carries about ninety of them, which is enough that a visitor on a phone will give up before the page finishes loading.

Most of the weight is in the wrong file format rather than the wrong size. The heaviest speaker portraits and gallery photographs were saved as PNG, which is designed for logos and flat-colour graphics, not photographs. The same picture as a JPEG is a fraction of the size and looks identical.

Save photographs as JPEG at about 80% quality and 1,600 pixels on the long side. That typically takes a 3 MB image under 300 kB with no visible difference on screen. Start with the gallery, then the speaker portraits — between them that is nearly all of the 152 MB.

Where to change it

Strapi → Media Library → re-upload the file

FileSizeNote

24.png3.3 MBA photograph saved as PNG
41.png3.2 MBA photograph saved as PNG

Where the weight is. We weighed all 107 images on the site. 89 are over 100 kB and together they account for 152 MB — effectively all of it. Seventy-one are over a megabyte each.

9

The menu still says 2026 while the header sells 2027

We need a decision 2 places on the homepage

Why it matters

The top of every page says «23-25 марта 2027, Центр событий РБК, Москва». Directly underneath it, the menu item reads «О саммите 2026». That one is simply out of date and worth changing to 2027.

The second one is a judgement call rather than a mistake. The homepage speakers block is headed «Спикеры WorldFood Summit 2026», and it sits immediately after the «Как это было WorldFood Summit 2026» retrospective link. If those are last year’s speakers shown as a taste of what the summit is like, the heading is honest — but a visitor reading down the page from a 2027 header will assume these are the people speaking in March. Either say so explicitly («Спикеры саммита 2026 — как это было») or replace the block with the 2027 line-up as it is confirmed.

The other 2026 references on the site are correct: the results pages, the video testimonials and the B2B paragraph are all describing what happened, in the past tense.

Where to change it

Strapi → the navigation record, and the homepage speakers block heading

Verified. Read from the live homepage on 26 August. The header, the menu and the speakers heading all appear within the first screen of the page, so a visitor sees 2027 and 2026 together without scrolling.

10

Two of your longest pages have nothing linking to them

We need a decision 2 pages

Why it matters

Nothing anywhere on the site links to /post-release-2025/ or /program-2026/. They can only be found through Google or by knowing the address. /post-release-2025/ is 2,031 words — the single biggest piece of writing you have — and /program-2026/ is 1,041.

Both are pages that answer the question a prospective delegate actually has: what happens at this thing, and was it worth it. Putting them in the menu, or linking them from the homepage, costs nothing.

The registration and payment forms are also unlinked, but that is correct — those are reached from a button or an e-mail, not browsed to.

This is a navigation decision rather than a defect, which is why it is here rather than on the list above. Tell us where you would like them and we will add the links, or add them yourself in the menu record.

Where to change it

Strapi → the navigation record, or the homepage

If you have time

Worth doing, not urgent

None of these is a problem. They are the difference between a site that is correct and one that is polished.

43 images have no written description

The alternative text field on an image is what a blind visitor’s screen reader reads aloud, and it is most of what a search engine can understand about a photograph. Two images have no description field at all — a photo on the homepage and the RBC hall layout plan — and 43 have the field but nothing in it. The field lives on the file in the Media Library, so filling it once fixes that image everywhere it is used. For the speaker portraits the speaker’s name and role is exactly the right description; for the gallery, a short phrase about the scene is plenty.

Possible spelling errors on 15 of 18 pages

The crawler checked your Russian copy against a standard dictionary. In our experience almost all of these are brand names, industry terms and transliterated company names it does not know — «ВкусВилл», «Самокат» and «KOTANYI» are all flagged. We would not treat this as a backlog. A spot-check on the homepage is enough.

The photo gallery’s description is very short

It is the only page other than the homepage with a description of its own, and it currently reads just «WORLDFOOD SUMMIT 2026». A sentence would work harder. There is a suggested one in the titles table above.

On our side

What we are already fixing

These are in the code rather than in Strapi, so they come with the next release.

No action needed from your team

The consent notice under the two contact forms is printed on top of itself. Three lines of text — the sentence, and both policy links — overlap into an unreadable block, and because the two links overprint each other a click lands on whichever one is on top rather than the one aimed at. This is the notice next to a form asking for a name, company, telephone number and e-mail address, so it is the first thing we are fixing. The text comes from the form widget rather than from your content, so it needs a code change rather than an edit

the homepage and /feedback-form/

Google is being told about an event that does not exist. Every page carries a hidden block of event details for search engines, and every field in it is wrong: it names «WorldFoodSmt 2025», gives the dates as 2–5 December 2025, puts the venue at Crocus Expo instead of Центр событий РБК, and describes the summit with a sentence about hand tools and power equipment that belongs to a different ITE site entirely. Google is reading it — it detects an event on all 18 pages. We are rebuilding it from your real dates and venue

Code

Two «not found» pages are live, in your sitemap, and open to Google. They are titled «Article Not Found» and «Sector Not Found» and they exist because the site builds a stand-in page when a section has no entries yet. They should return a proper page-not-found instead of a real page

Code

When one of your pages is shared on WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn or Facebook, the site name attached to the preview reads «WorldFood Summit | 16-18 марта 2026, Москва» — last year’s dates. The headline in the same preview correctly says 23-25 марта 2027, so the two contradict each other in the same card. It is one out-of-date line in the code, and it is on all 18 pages

What happens now

Three edits before anything else

The payment button on the 143 100 ₽ package, the registration form’s address, and the three footer policy links. Between them they are the only things on this site currently costing you money, and all three are single fields.

Then an afternoon on the titles

Fifteen page titles and six descriptions, with suggested wording written out for both. This is a small site — the whole content list is genuinely half a day’s work once the three urgent edits are done.

The images are a separate job

Re-saving the gallery and the speaker portraits as JPEG is where 152 MB becomes about 15. Worth doing in one sitting by whoever manages the Media Library, rather than piecemeal.

Two things we need from you

Whether the homepage speakers block is last year’s line-up or this year’s, and where you would like the results and programme pages linked from. Reply to this report and we will action both.

We re-run the check

Once your changes are published we run the same scan again and send you a short before-and-after. Just say the word.

All 18 pages of this site were loaded one by one in a real browser and again at phone width, and every finding was re-requested against the live site on 26 August 2026 before it was written down. Things our scan flagged that turned out to be fine are not listed here: the 31 photographs it reported as broken all load correctly — they are simply so large that they were still arriving when the scan measured them, which is the real finding and is on your list above. One gap worth stating plainly: our tool could not find the menu button on the homepage at phone width, so the phone menu is unverified there rather than confirmed working. Every external link on the site resolves, and no link anywhere leads to a missing page — the four broken links counted above are all placeholder links that were never given a destination. Suggested Russian wording throughout is a starting point drawn from each page’s own heading: please read it before publishing, and check the delegate and speaker counts quoted in the two results-page titles.
