8 to fix · 4 to decide
1
The old registration page shows a line of code where the form should be
Fix in Strapi1 page
Why it matters
The page at /en/visit/visitor-registration/ still reads “Register for TransRussia 2025”. Where the registration form should be, it shows the raw text REGISTRATION_IS_UNAVAILABLE_TEXT, which is a label for a message that was never filled in.
The form on this page came from last year’s registration service, and that service’s server no longer exists. So the form cannot come back, and a visitor who lands here from Google finds a broken page for an event that has already happened.
It is also the only address on the whole site that starts with /en/, and it is one of the three competing registration pages in the decisions below.
Where to change it
Strapi → the page → unpublish it
Unpublishing is enough. Whichever of the other two registration pages you decide to keep, this one is not it. Unpublish it now and we will point its address at the page you keep once you have answered the registration decision below. A redirect straight to /visitor-registration/ works too if you prefer.
2
Four links to other websites lead nowhere

Why it matters
These all send a visitor to an error page instead of the site they were promised. Three of them are on the travel page, where a visitor is trying to book somewhere to stay for the show.

Seven test, demo and thank-you pages are visible in Google
Fix in Strapi7 pages
Why it matters
Someone searching for TransRussia can land on a test page, or on a “thank you” page that only makes sense after filling in a form. A “thank you” for a download they never asked for is a confusing welcome.
Ticking noIndex tells Google not to list the page, and the page also drops out of your sitemap automatically on the next publish. Nothing needs a developer.

One article has a title and a summary but no text
Fix in Strapi1 article
Why it matters

Please either write the article or unpublish it.

All 18 photo galleries are described with the single word “TransRussia”
Fix in Strapi18 pages
Why it matters
This one word is what Google shows under each gallery in search results, and it is also the only text on the gallery page. To a search engine all 18 galleries look almost the same.
Replace it with a sentence naming the year and what the photos show. The suggested wording is a starting point; please read it over before publishing.
Where to change it

The 2025 exhibition gallery has the same stray full stop (“TransRussia 2025. Exhibition”). The other galleries use “TransRussia 2024 Exhibition”, which is the form to match.

Partner pages: 33 have no text at all, and one is copying the homepage
Fix in Strapi34 pages
Why it matters
On 33 partner pages there is nothing but a logo and a button. The description field and the main text are both empty, so Google has nothing to show under the page. One line in the partner’s Content field serves as both the visible text and the Google description.
The partner’s role (Official Bank, Media Partner, Wi-Fi Partner and so on) is already in their record, so one pattern covers them all. Any extra sentence about what the partner does is a bonus.
/partner/transport-advancement/ shows “Logistics & Transport Exhibition Trade Show | TransRussia” in Google, word for word the same as the homepage, so the two compete. On that partner, clear the Meta Title and Meta Description fields and write the partner’s own one-liner instead.
Where to change it

Five more pages have no description, and two more depend on your decisions
Fix in Strapi7 pages
Why it matters
The description is the grey text under your link in a Google result. Without one, Google picks a sentence from the page, and on form pages that is often the data-consent text.
The suggested wording is a starting point. Please read it over before publishing, because it goes out under TransRussia’s name.

Please check the compliance report page. The text on /download-compliance-report/ says the report is for “Indian welding and industrial companies”, which reads as if it was copied from a welding exhibition’s page. If the report is meant for transport and logistics exporters, the wording needs updating.

Five linked images have no description, so screen readers announce nothing
Fix in Strapi5 images
Why it matters
Alternative text is a short written description of a picture. A screen reader reads it aloud to a blind visitor, and Google uses it to understand the image. When the picture is also a link, it is the only name the link has, so these five are announced as just “link”.
Each is one record in the Media Library, so one edit fixes it everywhere the image appears.

Two registration pages compete with each other
We need a decisionDecision
Why it matters

Two Y&H Cargo pages carry the same heading
We need a decisionDecision
Why it matters
/y-and-h-cargo/ and /partner/y-and-h-cargo/ both have the heading “Y&H Cargo”, so search engines have to guess which one to show.
The partner version fits the other 47 partner pages, which is why we would keep that one.
Where to change it
Tell us which to keep, or unpublish one in Strapi
Before you decide. The “View Website” button on /y-and-h-cargo/ points at yhcargoindia.com, which did not respond when we tested it from outside Russia. Please click it yourselves, as it may work from there.
11
The footer shows one email address and sends to another
We need a decisionDecision
Why it matters
Unchanged since 18 August. The contact line in the footer displays marketing@ite.group, but clicking it opens an email addressed to transport@ite.group.
Both inboxes are live, so nothing bounces. Enquiries are simply arriving in two different places depending on how the visitor got there.
Where to change it
Decide which inbox is right, then change the footer content in Strapi to match
What the footer shows
Where clicking it actually sends

Your pop-up tool is loading on every page and doing nothing
We need a decisionDecision
Why it matters
Also unchanged since 18 August. OptinMonster, the tool used for sign-up pop-ups and banners, loads on every page of the site. Its server answers that trstexpo.com is not a registered site on the account, so no pop-up or campaign can show.
Every visitor still downloads the script, which costs a little speed on every page for no return.
Where to change it
Your OptinMonster account, or tell us to remove it
What we need from you. Either register trstexpo.com in the OptinMonster account if you want campaigns running, or tell us it is no longer used and we will take the script out. Removing a tool you may be paying for is not our call.
If you have time
Worth doing, not urgent
None of these is a problem. They are the difference between a site that is correct and one that is polished.
Pages nobody can find from the site
They are live and in Google, but no page links to them, so visitors can only arrive from a search result. /sponsorship-and-advertising/ and /become-a-partner/ are commercially important and worth a place in the menu or footer. /terms-of-visiting/ is usually linked from the footer next to Terms of Use. Eleven partner pages do not appear on the Partners & Sponsors page: Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, Federal Customs Service, Eurasian Economic Commission, Logistics Journal, Maritime News of Russia, Warehouse and Equipment Journal, Public Consumer Initiative, Logist.ru, Novostal-M Logistic, Vgudok and Zunami. Add them to the page if they are still partners, and unpublish them if they are not.
Re-save the heaviest pictures at a smaller size
We are switching the site to smaller copies of most images automatically, so most of the 18 August image list needs nothing from you. Two groups still need re-saving by hand. Pictures placed inside body text on seven sector pages and one article are 1.4–2.5 MB each where about 150 kB would do: Equipment Suppliers, Commercial Vehicle Tires, Outsize and Heavy-Lift Carriage, Maritime and Inland Waterway Transport, Associated Services, Complex Logistics Services, Air Freight, and the article “The role of automation in modern warehousing”. Re-insert each from the Media Library at a smaller size. Photos saved as PNG stay over 1 MB even in their smaller copy: the main images on /places-to-eat/, /shop-and-stroll/ and /iconic-landmarks/ (“Untitled design 51”, “56” and “38”), the 1.2 MB “TR Industry Insight” image on /industry-insights/ and the “Previous Exhibitors” image on /about-transrussia/. Re-save them as JPG or WebP. A good target is under 300 kB for a full-width photo, and a free tool such as squoosh.app does it with no visible loss.
Two article links to tidy
The article “Rail Freight in Modern Logistics” links to the exhibitor enquiry page with ?utm_source=chatgpt.com on the end, a ChatGPT tracking tag copied along with the text. Change the link to plain /exhibiting-enquiry/. The article “The Growing Importance of Warehouse Automation” links “automation in warehousing” to the SkladTech article without the final /, which adds an extra redirect. Add the /.
47 article titles run past what Google shows
Google shows roughly the first 60 characters, so the end is cut off. The article still ranks. Worth writing a shorter SEO title only for the articles you most want found. For example, “TransRussia 2026 – 30 Years of Development of the Russian Logistics Market: the Largest Industry Exhibition Celebrates its Anniversary” could become “TransRussia 2026: 30 Years of the Russian Logistics Market”.
Two pages deliberately point Google at another page
Please confirm this is intended: /articles/russian-transport-and-logistics-in-2026-5-hot-trends/ defers to /articles/russian-transport-and-logistics-service-industry-today/, and /event-brochure-turkiye/ defers to /event-brochure/. While that stays, neither of the two can appear in Google on its own.
Seven articles open with their first paragraph formatted as a heading
A heading style on a whole paragraph gives Google a confusing outline. Change that first line to Normal text on: “The Role of Robotics in the Future of Warehousing”, “How Freight Forwarders Are Adapting to Global Supply Chain Volatility”, “Smarter Warehousing”, “Why SkladTech is a Must-Attend”, “Sustainable Logistics”, “The Growing Importance of Warehouse Automation” and “Key Business Opportunities at TransRussia”.
Five short articles
Between 19 and 53 words: the Dominican Republic, Pakistan and Azerbaijan delegation visits, the sustainability piece and the Crocus City Hall condolence note. They read as brief news items and nothing is broken, but they are unlikely to rank on their own.
“Exhibitor List 2026” in the menu takes a detour
It goes through a redirect page on the way to the exhibitor manual. Pointing the menu item straight at the final address saves every visitor a hop.
On our side
What we are handling
Found in the same review, but ours to put right. Thank you for the August fixes: the footer links, the two pages hiding from Google, the article links to sector pages that did not exist, and the “Book Your Stand” banner all work now, and the site has no broken internal links, down from 296. Also shipped since 18 August: search engines can follow the main menu’s drop-down links, the security certificate is served complete, and the header that forces a secure connection is in place. Three things from your 18 August list are now ours: the partner page titles that showed only a short name such as “UND”, most of the oversized images, and the short working-name titles on other pages. The image descriptions for the gallery photos and partner logos are ours too.
No action needed from your team
Every image is sent at its original upload size, although smaller copies already sit in the media library. We are switching the site to the smaller copies, which fixes most of the oversized images without you re-uploading anything

1,226 gallery photos and the logos on all 48 partner pages carry no description for a screen reader. That is too many to write by hand, so we are generating one from each gallery’s or partner’s name; a description you write still wins. Four images on four pages carry no description attribute at all

What happens now
Start with the registration page and the dead links
Unpublish the old registration page that shows a line of code, then fix or remove the four links that lead to error pages. Between them they are what a visitor is most likely to hit.
Then the pages Google can see
Unpublish or noIndex the seven test and thank-you pages, deal with the empty article, and write the gallery, partner and page descriptions. Image descriptions for the five linked images are a few minutes in the Media Library. Everything on your list can be made in Strapi and goes live when you publish.
Image sizes are mostly ours now
You no longer need to compress the 587 images from the first report. We are switching the site to smaller copies that already exist. Only the pictures placed inside body text and a handful of PNG photos still need re-saving by hand, and that is optional.
Four decisions from you
Which registration page is the real one, which Y&H Cargo page stays, which inbox the footer email should use, and whether the pop-up tool stays. Reply to this report with your answers and we will action all four.
We re-run the check
Once you have published your changes, we run the same review again and send you a short before-and-after. No need to tell us when — just say the word.
This review was carried out on 1 October 2026, and it had two parts. 297 pages from your sitemap were loaded in a real browser and checked for layout, errors and accessibility, with the internal /components/ page left out, and a search-engine crawl covered all 298 pages in the sitemap. Phone-sized checks were repeated on every page carrying an affected section. Things the checks flagged that turned out to be fine are left out. Each page was loaded once, so this lists what we found, which is not the same as every page being free of problems. Suggested wording is a starting point — please read it over before publishing and change anything that does not sound like you.
