Three pages are telling Google to leave them out of search
Why it matters
Each of these pages has an address typed into a field called Canonical URL. That field exists for exactly one purpose: to tell Google “this page is a duplicate — index that other address instead.”
On two of them the address it names is a page that was deleted. So Connect and Perimeter Security and Check Points are both asking Google to drop them in favour of a page that returns an error. Both are live, both work, and both are quietly removing themselves from search results.
The third names its own address but with the old insecure http:// in front of it, which Google reads as a different page.
The fix is to clear the field and leave it empty. The site fills in the correct address by itself whenever the field is blank, so there is nothing to retype — empty is right.
Where to change it
Strapi → the page record → SEO → Canonical URL
| Page | Canonical URL currently says | What is there | Change it to |
|---|---|---|---|
| /connect/ | Page not found | Clear the field | |
| /sectors/perimeter-security-and-check-points/ | Page not found | Clear the field | |
| /plan-your-travel/ | The page itself, insecure address | Clear the field |
Do this one first. Perimeter Security and Check Points is a sector page — one of the pages buyers search for by product name, and one of the most commercially valuable pages you have. It is currently the one asking hardest to be left out.
Verified. We read the code Google sees on all three pages on 20 August, and requested both named addresses directly. /leadscanning/ and /sectors/perimeter-security/ return 404 Not Found. All three pages themselves load normally.
