Four pages are wider than a phone screen, and the menu button slides out of view
Fix in Strapi4 pages
Why it matters
On a phone, a single line that cannot break pushes the whole page wider than the screen, and the menu button moves with it. On the worst page the menu button is out of view altogether.
Each of the four has a one-line cause in the text, listed below. Fixing the text removes today’s four cases.
The video page is the clearest: the code that should have placed a testimonial video was pasted as ordinary text, so the page prints the code instead of showing the video. Of all 275 pages, it is the only one where this happened.
Where to change it
Strapi → the page or article → the text (for the video page, the paragraph holding the code)
Page
What is making it wide
Width on a 390 px phone
What to do
/exhibitorfeedback/
The first testimonial video (Alexey Maximov, AURORA) was pasted as raw embed code in an ordinary paragraph, so its long web address cannot wrap.
505 px
Delete the code text and re-insert the video with the editor’s HTML-embed or media block, as the other videos on the site are.
The link text, in bold, is the full address https://www.cphi.com/china/en/home.html.
432 px
Change the link text to “CPHI China website”.
/exhibit/exhibitor-resource-centre/
In the heading, “products/equipment” has no place to break at that size.
411 px
Change the heading to “How to get your products and equipment to Moscow on time?”.
We are adding a safety net. We are also making long words and addresses wrap everywhere on the site, so the next pasted address cannot do this. It is a safety net rather than a replacement: your four edits fix today’s cases.
2
An entire press release is still pasted into a link
Fix in Strapi1 link
Why it matters
A link has two parts: the words a reader sees and the address behind them. Here the words are right, but the address behind them is the whole text of a press release, pasted into the box where the address should go.
A visitor who clicks lands on a “page not found” screen, and Google records a broken page with an address that is several thousand characters long.
This has been on the list since the 4 September report.
Where to change it
Strapi → the article → the words “Exhibitor Directory 2025” → the link address
Replace the address with the 2025 exhibitor directory’s address. If the 2025 directory is no longer online, remove the link and keep the words.
3
Two Türkiye pages have each other’s titles and descriptions
Fix in Strapi2 pages
Why it matters
The title is the blue clickable line in a Google result, and the description is the grey text under it. On these two pages they have been swapped (/turkiye-exhibit-enquiry/ is the enquiry form and /turkiye-exhibitors-en/ is the exhibitor overview): Google advertises the enquiry form as the exhibitor overview, and the overview as the enquiry form, so people land on the wrong page. One description also says “Eurasia and Eurasia”.
The suggested wording is a starting point. Please read it over before publishing, because it goes out under your name.

The same article is published twice
Fix in Strapi4 pairs
Why it matters
Google sees two pages saying the same thing, picks one at random, and splits the attention between them. Each pair below is two versions of the same story (70–81% the same text) under the same headline. Two of the four pairs were already on the 14 September report and both copies are still live.
For each pair, keep one copy and unpublish the other, then add a redirect from the removed address to the one you kept. The redirect means any existing links keep working.
Where to change it
Strapi → Articles → unpublish one copy of each pair, then Strapi → Redirects
Both have SEO sections. Copy A (“at”) reads better, but it is dated 1 Jan 2025, so check that date.
Setting up the redirect. In Strapi → Redirects, for example: Source articles/drug-production-in-russia-is-growing-again-1, Destination /articles/drug-production-in-russia-is-growing-again.
Not a duplicate, but the same headline./articles/post-exhibition-press-release/ (the 2021 release) and /articles/post-exhibition-press-release-1/ (the 2020 release) are different articles that Google shows with the same title. In each, set SEO → Meta Title to Pharmtech & Ingredients 2021: Post-Exhibition Press Release and Pharmtech & Ingredients 2020: Post-Exhibition Press Release respectively.

Seven pages are in Google that should not be
Fix in Strapi7 pages
Why it matters
Form confirmation pages and internal demo pages are showing up in search. Someone who finds one lands on a “thank you for submitting” message for a form they never filled in, or on placeholder text.
Ticking No Index tells Google not to list the page. The thank-you page for the contact form (/contact-us/thank-you/) already has this set, so copy what it does.
Where to change it
Strapi → the page → SEO → tick No Index (add an SEO section first if the page has none)

Eighteen pages have no useful description in Google
Fix in Strapi18 pages
Why it matters
The description is the grey text under your link in a Google result. Without one, Google makes one up from whatever text it finds, and on a photo gallery that is the menu.
The 15 galleries have a Short Text field that is blank (or just spaces, or the single word “Pharmtech”). It is not shown on the page, so Google is its only reader. The other three pages have no SEO section at all.
The suggested wording is a starting point. Please read it over before publishing, because it goes out under your name.

Two of these currently say only “Pharmtech”.Conference Program 2025 and Awarding of the 2025 exhibition participants have the single word “Pharmtech” in the field. That is worse than empty, because Google treats the two as duplicates of each other. Replacing that word is the same edit as the rest of the table.
Two pages here need the opposite treatment. Two of the form confirmation pages in the “should not be in Google” item above also have no description. Do not write one. Hide them instead.

The footer icons and three banners are links with no name
Fix in Strapi7 images · 4 on every page
Why it matters
Alternative text is a short written description of a picture. A screen reader reads it aloud to a blind visitor, and Google uses it to understand the image. When the picture is also a link, it is the only name the link has, so right now each of these is announced as just “link”.
The four social media icons in the footer appear on every page, so four edits fix the whole site. The three banners are on the homepage and the Indian Exhibitors page.

The main menu and 68 pages link to old page addresses
Fix in Strapi68 pages · the main menu
Why it matters
These addresses are old ones that forward to the real page. The link works, but the visitor passes through a blank “Redirecting…” screen on the way, and Google treats that in-between page as a separate, empty page.
Start with the main menu. Its Exhibitor Enquiry item points to /exhibit/exhibitor-enquiry/. Change it to /exhibitor-enquiry/, and that one edit fixes it on every page.
Then, in the text of each page below, replace each old address with the new one using the pairs underneath the table.
Where to change it
Main menu: Strapi → the main menu → the Exhibitor Enquiry item. Pages: Strapi → the page or article → the link in the text
Leave /exhibitor-list/ alone. Links to /exhibitor-list/ are fine as they are. That address deliberately forwards to the current exhibitor directory.
Four articles are missing a final slash. These articles link to /articles/the-evolution-of-pharmaceutical-production-techniques without the final /, which costs an extra hop: How Smart Healthcare Packaging Is Transforming Global Pharma Supply Chains, Smart Pharma Packaging Solutions, Emerging Markets for API Manufacturing and What to Expect at a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Exhibition. The link text is “pharmaceutical manufacturing” in each. Add the slash.

Eighty-two page titles are cut off in Google
Fix in Strapi82 pages
Why it matters
The title is the blue clickable line in a Google result. Google shows about 60 characters of it, and anything longer is cut with “…”, often before the important words. Most of these are article headlines in capitals, which also take more room.
79 of them are articles with no SEO section, so Google is shown the headline itself. Add an SEO section to each and paste the suggested text into Meta Title. The headline on the page does not change. The other 3 are pages that already have an SEO section: /why-russia-report/, /turkiye-exhibitors/ and /why-russia-indian-exhibitors/. The number in brackets is the current length, and the longest come first.
The suggested titles were written from the page content, not by someone who knows the event. Please read them over before publishing.

Check the Turkish one. The suggestion for /turkiye-exhibitors/ is in Turkish and should be checked by a Turkish speaker.
A typo to fix while you are there. The Pechatnya headline (/articles/pechatnya-developes-new-directions-printing-on-blister-foil-and-printing-of-labels/) has a typo, “Developes”. You can fix it in the article title.

Ten very large images need replacing at the source
Fix in Strapi10 images
Why it matters
Each of these is several hundred kilobytes to several megabytes, and every visitor downloads it at full size, which is felt most on a phone. The site cannot shrink images by itself, so the file you upload is exactly the file visitors get.

One field on the visitor registration form has no label
Fix in Strapi1 form
Why it matters
The email field on the visitor registration form has no label of any kind, so a screen reader announces it as an unnamed box and a visitor using one cannot tell what to type there.
The form is supplied by your registration platform and placed on the page, so the fix is on their side rather than in Strapi. Please ask whoever owns that platform whether the form can have a label added to that field.

The teal on your forms and some headings is too light to read comfortably
We need a decisionDecision
Why it matters
The teal (#00B2BB) measures about 2.5 to 1 against white or near-white. The widely used accessibility standard asks for at least 3 to 1 for large titles and 4.5 to 1 for normal-size text such as button text, so it falls short for anyone reading in bright light or with weaker eyesight.
It appears in two places. First, the titles and Submit buttons on the registration and enquiry forms, on all 15 form pages we checked (including /newsletter/, /exhibitor-enquiry/, /sponsorship-enquiry/, /download-sales-brochure/, /industry-report/ and the India, Korea and Türkiye enquiry pages). Those forms are ActiveCampaign embeds, so the colour is set in ActiveCampaign’s form designer rather than on the site, and whoever manages the forms would change it once per form.
It shows in two places: the titles and buttons of your ActiveCampaign forms, and headings and contact details whose teal was picked in the text editor, on the 11 pages listed below the table, for example “Why Exhibit?” and “Who You’ll Meet?” on /exhibitor-enquiry/. For those, the default heading colour or a darker shade works. It is your brand colour, so it is your call.

OptinMonster is loaded on every page but cannot show anything
We need a decisionDecision
Why it matters
OptinMonster is a marketing tool for pop-ups and campaigns. If you have time
Worth doing, not urgent
None of these is a problem. They are the difference between a site that is correct and one that is polished.
Four links to other websites to check
The article “Pharmtech & Ingredients Exhibition to Take Place on 22–25 November” has two: “business program”, where the old programme page no longer exists (remove the link, or point it to your Conference Programme page), and “the product catalogue”, which refused to open for us even in a normal browser (check it opens for you, and if not, remove the link). On /y-and-h-cargo/, the “View Website” link did not respond, so check it opens and let the partner know if it is down. In the article “Pharmaceutical Market in Russia: Results of 2025”, “Association of Independent Pharmacies” did not respond and may only open from inside Russia, so check it from there and leave it if it works. Other hotel, news and government links reported as broken open normally in a browser. They block automated checkers, not people, so there is nothing to do.
Fifteen descriptions are a few characters too long
They run 156–160 characters, so Google cuts off the last word or two. Trim a few words if you like: /about-us/contact-us/ (159), /download-sales-brochure/ (156), /exhibit/exhibitor-resource-centre/ (158), /industry-report/ (157), /packaging-sector/ (156), /sectors/ (156), and nine articles: Advancements in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Equipment (160), Antiseptic and Disinfectant Market Price Increase (157), Emerging Markets Driving Demand for Plant-Based Supplements (156), Modern Facility Design in Pharma (160), Personalised Medicine (156), The Benefits of Contract Manufacturing in Pharma (159), The Future of Continuous Manufacturing (160), The Role of Biodegradable Packaging (157) and Why Pharma Packaging Exhibitions Are Key (160).
Short or vague descriptions
Worth rewriting when you next edit these pages. /virtual-exhibitor-package/ reads “Connect with Pharmaceutircal buyers from anywhere in the world”, which has a typo. Correcting it to “Connect with pharmaceutical buyers from anywhere in the world” fixes what Google shows. /south-korea-exhibit-enquiry/ says only “Curious about exhibiting? Submit the form below”, which does not say what or where, and /media-gallery/ says only “Relive the previous edition of the Pharmtech exhibition.” /exhibitorfeedback/, /natural-extracts/, /visitor-guidelines/ and four articles have descriptions under 70 characters. They are fine, but there is room to say more.
Photo gallery titles are bare
Galleries show in Google as just “Exhibition 2023”, “Conference Programme 2021” and so on, with no event name, because the gallery records have no SEO section to override the title. Until that is added, you could rename the gallery titles themselves, for example “Pharmtech & Ingredients 2023: Exhibition Photos”. Renaming also changes the heading on the page.
Titles in capitals
About 13 more articles have titles under 60 characters that still get cut in Google, because capital letters are wider, for example “PROBIOTICS: A NEW OPPORTUNITY IN THE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY”. When you add SEO sections, use normal capitalisation.
Images without descriptions on landing pages
About 40 other images on landing pages (the Korean, Turkish and Indian pages, Visa, Why Visit, Connect and others) have no image description. Add one where the image carries information, such as a chart, a QR code or a banner with text. Photos that are purely decorative can stay as they are.
Event details for Google’s search results
No page tells Google the machine-readable details of the event, such as dates and venue, which let a result show more than a blue link. There is no ranking penalty for leaving it out. We can generate it from information already in Strapi if you want it. Just say the word.
On our side
What we are handling
Found in the same review, but ours to put right. Since 14 September these have changed for the better: the automatic descriptions now stop at 150 characters, so none of the 93 over-long ones remain (the 15 you wrote by hand that still run a few characters over are under optional); the five pages that told Google to ignore them are corrected; and the header that forces a secure connection is now in place. Two image jobs that were on your side in earlier reports are now ours: the oversized gallery photos, and the missing descriptions on the 1,788 gallery photos, which is why neither is on your list above.
No action needed from your team
A Chinese-language version of the homepage is still live on the public site, although it has been switched off in our latest code and that change has not yet reached the live site. It carries the English text with only the menu labels translated, is listed in Google and in the sitemap, and its menu links lead to 5 pages that do not exist. The English homepage also tells Google it is the Chinese one’s twin. It goes away when that change is released

What happens now
Start with the four phone pages and the press-release link
Visitors meet these first. Re-insert the testimonial video on /exhibitorfeedback/, change the two link texts and the one heading, then put the real address into the “Exhibitor Directory 2025” link. That is five short edits.
Then the wrong titles, hidden pages and descriptions
Swap the two Türkiye titles and descriptions, resolve the four duplicate pairs, tick No Index on the seven pages, write the 18 descriptions, and name the footer icons and three banners. The four footer icons correct every page of the site in four edits.
Treat the long jobs as ongoing
The 82 titles are the longest job, but the wording is written, so it is pasting. Work down the table from the longest. The 68 pages with old addresses are one find-and-replace per page, and the main menu item comes first because it fixes every page at once. Compress the ten large images as you get to them.
Four decisions from you
What to do with the empty condolence article, whether the brand teal gets a darker shade, whether OptinMonster is registered or removed, and whether to keep the Elfsight badge. Reply to this report with your answers and we will action what is ours.
We re-run the check
Once you have published your changes we run the same review again and send you a short before-and-after. No need to tell us when — just say the word.
This review was carried out on 1 October 2026, and it had two parts. 275 pages from your sitemap were loaded in a real browser and checked for layout and errors, with the internal /components/ demo page left out, and a search-engine crawl covered 294 addresses, including all 276 in the sitemap. Phone-sized checks covered every one of the 275 pages, and the accessibility check ran on a sample of 53, so a shared part of the site such as the footer is reported once but applies wherever it appears. The browser check raised 731 individual flags. Each was looked at, and the real problems are in this report; things that turned out to be fine are left out, including 550 repeated errors from OptinMonster that are one problem, reported once. Each page was loaded once, so this lists what we found, which is not the same as every page being free of problems, and anything from the 14 September report that is not listed here was not raised this time. Suggested wording is a starting point — please read it over before publishing and change anything that does not sound like you.
