157 pages are sharing one sentence

Google shows a short description under every link. When a page has none of its own, the site falls back to the homepage’s. Right now 157 different pages are all advertising the same sentence about the November show — Partners & Sponsors, the conference programme, Stand Information, the whole media gallery and 111 of your articles. It is correct on the homepage and on nothing else. The 111 articles are ours to fix and we are doing it in code; the 45 pages are the ones that need a sentence from you.

Five pages are telling Google to index a different address

Fix in Strapi 5 pages

Why it matters

Every page can carry a setting called Canonical URL. It exists for one purpose: to tell Google “this page is a duplicate — index that other address instead of this one.” Left empty, the site fills in the page’s own address, which is the right answer almost every time.

On five pages it is filled in with an address that does not work. One names a page that was deleted, so the article is asking Google to drop it in favour of nothing at all. The other four name old addresses that now forward straight back to the page itself, so each page is pointing Google in a small circle.

All five load perfectly for anyone who reaches them. The damage is invisible and entirely in search: pages that quietly ask to be left out generally are. Why Exhibit and Exhibitor Enquiry are the two pages that turn a search into a booking, so this is the first thing to do on the list.

Where to change it

Strapi → each page or article → SEO → Canonical URL — clear the field

PageCanonical URL currently saysWhat that address doesChange it to

/articles/first-national-center-for-m-rna-technologies-launched-in-russia-to-drive-innovative-drug-development/…-launched-in-Eurasia-to-drive-innovative-drug-development/Page not foundClear the field

Where the last one came from. The address in the mRNA article’s field has Eurasia where the real address has russia. It looks like a find-and-replace of one word for the other ran across the site at some point and caught this field along with the visible text. It is the worst of the five, because the address it names returns an error rather than forwarding anywhere.

Do the first four together. Why Exhibit, Exhibitor Enquiry, Why Visit and Pharmtech Tutor all carry the same slip from when those addresses were shortened. Clearing the box on each is the entire fix — there is nothing to type in.

Verified. Read off the live pages on 4 September, and each named address requested in turn: the mRNA one returns an error, the other four forward back to the page that names them.

2

An entire press release has been pasted into a link

Fix in Strapi 1 link

Why it matters

A link is made of two parts: the words a reader sees, and the address behind them. On this article the words are right — Exhibitor Directory 2025 — but the address behind them is the whole text of the press release, 15,242 characters of it, pasted into the box where the address should go.

The browser treats all of that as a page name on your own site, looks for a page with that name, and shows an error. Anyone clicking through to find the exhibitor directory gets nothing.

This looks like a paste that landed in the wrong field while the article was being written. Nothing else on the article is affected.

Where to change it

Strapi → the article → the words “Exhibitor Directory 2025” in the body text → the link address

ArticleLink textAddress behind it
/articles/pharmtech-and-ingredients-2025-a-key-innovation-platform-for-equipment-and-ingredients-for-pharmaceutical-manufacturing/Exhibitor Directory 2025PRESS RELEASE Moscow, November 13, 2025 Pharmtech & Ingredients 2025: A Key Innovation… (the full release, 15,242 characters)

The fix. Select those three words in the editor, open the link box, delete what is in it and paste the real address of the exhibitor directory. The visible text stays exactly as it is.

Verified. Read out of the live article’s own markup on 4 September. There is one such link on the page and it returns a page-not-found.

Eight links lead to pages that no longer exist

Fix in Strapi 8 links · 5 pages

Why it matters

These are links out to other organisations’ websites. Each one has since been taken down at the far end, so anyone following it lands on an error page rather than the hotel, pavilion or catalogue they expected.

Plan Your Travel is the one to do first. Three of the eight are there, and it is the page someone opens once they have already decided to come — a booking button that fails costs a room and is the last impression they take away from the site. Two of the three now have working replacements at the hotels’ own addresses, listed below.

The rest sit inside older articles and on About Us. They are lower priority, but each is a visitor sent to a dead end under your name.

The two hotel replacements are checked and working. ibis Moscow Kievskaya and Novotel Moscow Kievskaya both still exist and both still take bookings — the hotel group simply retired the old addresses. The two replacements above are the hotels’ own booking pages, and we opened both on 4 September. They are already in use on another of your sites.

One of them is a single missing letter. The Organiser page links to woodexpo.com, which does not exist. The real address of that exhibition is woodexexpo.com — one extra “ex”. It is a two-character edit.

Two that look broken but are not. The Radisson Slavyanskaya and Chekhoff Hotel (Hilton) buttons are refused by automated checkers because those two chains block software that is not a person. We opened both by hand — they work normally. No action needed.

Verified. Every outbound link on the site was requested individually, and each of the eight above was then re-checked by hand as a normal browser would on 4 September. Nine other links that a scanner reported as broken open perfectly well and have been left out.

4

The four social icons in your footer have no description

Fix in Strapi 4 images · every page

Why it matters

Every image can carry a short written description. It is read aloud to visitors using a screen reader, it is what shows if the image fails to load, and it is what Google has to go on when deciding what an image is.

The VK, YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram icons at the bottom of every page have that field empty. Because the icon is the only thing inside each link, there is nothing else to read: someone using a screen reader hears four links in the footer with no idea where any of them go.

This is four edits in the Media Library and it is the best-value job on the whole list. The description lives on the file rather than the page, so filling in four fields corrects the image on all 281 pages that carry the footer — 1,124 places in one go — and fixes the screen-reader problem across the whole site at the same time.

Where to change it

Strapi → Media Library → each of the four images → Alternative text

We are also fixing this in code. We are giving those four links a built-in label as well, so they read correctly even if someone re-uploads an icon later and leaves the field blank. Your edit is still worth doing: it is what fixes the Google side, and it takes effect the moment you save rather than waiting for a release.

Verified. Read off the live footer on 4 September: all four links contain an image with an empty description and no other text of any kind.

5

Forty-one pages need a description of their own

Fix in Strapi 41 pages

Why it matters

The description is the grey text under your link in a Google result. It is the sentence that decides whether somebody clicks you or a competitor, and it is the only part of a search result you write yourself.

Thirty-nine of these have none at all, so they fall back to the homepage’s sentence about the November show. Someone searching for stand information currently reads a line about networking with industry leaders, which tells them nothing about stands. Two more — the 2025 awards and 2025 conference galleries — have a description that is the single word Pharmtech.

Aim for 120–155 characters. The suggested wording below is a starting point, not a decision about how you want to sound. Please read each one before you use it.

The fifteen gallery pages follow one pattern. The seven year galleries (exhibition-2019 through exhibition-2025), the six conference programme galleries (2020 through 2025), the 2019 opening ceremony and the 2025 awards can all use the same shape, changing only the year: Photos from Pharmtech & Ingredients [YEAR] at Crocus Expo, Moscow — the exhibition floor, conference sessions and award winners. Two of the fifteen — conference-program-2025 and awarding-of-the-2025-exhibition-participants — already have a description, but it is the single word Pharmtech, so they need the same treatment.

Ten pages are not in English — please write these rather than translate them. Korean: /natural-extracts-kr/, /south-korean-exhibitors/ and the three sector pages currently at /sectors/-1/, -2/ and -3/. Turkish: /natural-extracts-tr/, /turkiye-exhibitors/, /sectors/ambalaj-ve-ekipman/, /sectors/ilac-teknolojisi/ and /sectors/malzemeler/. These are the pages a Korean or Turkish buyer finds by searching a product name in their own language, so they are worth writing properly rather than running an English line through a translator.

Where to start. The sixteen pages in the table above are the ones people search for and arrive at. The fifteen galleries are quick once you have written the first. The ten non-English pages need a native speaker, so they are worth queuing separately rather than blocking the rest.

Pages deliberately left off this list. The three thank-you pages and the three demo pages also show the homepage sentence. None of them needs copy — they should not be in Google at all, which is the next item.

6

Six pages should not be in Google at all

Fix in Strapi 6 pages

Why it matters

Three of these are reference and demo pages built while the site was under construction. Two still carry Lorem ipsum — the Latin placeholder text used to fill a layout before the real words arrive — and the Dynamic Block page has fourteen buttons that lead nowhere at all.

The other three are the confirmation pages people see after submitting a form. Somebody finding one of those in a search result lands on a thank-you message for a form they never filled in, which is a strange first impression and does nothing for you.

All six are published and all six are listed in the sitemap, which is the file that invites Google to index a page. Ticking No Index removes each one from search and drops it from the sitemap automatically, in a single step. Nothing else on the site links to them, so nothing breaks.

Where to change it

Strapi → the page record → SEO → tick No Index (or unpublish)

PageWhat it is
/dynamic-block/A layout reference page — 26 blocks of placeholder text and 14 buttons that lead nowhere
/components/A reference page of design samples, roughly 5,000 words of placeholder text
/partners-sponsors-demo/An early copy of the real Partners & Sponsors page
/thank-you/indian-compliance-report/Form confirmation page
/thank-you/why-russia-indian-exhibitors/Form confirmation page
/thank-you/why-russia-report/Form confirmation page

The three demo pages can go further. If none of the three is referred to internally any more, unpublishing them is cleaner than hiding them — it takes them off the site entirely. The three thank-you pages must stay published, because people are sent to them after a form, so those need No Index rather than unpublishing.

Or we can remove them for you. If you would rather the three demo pages were deleted outright, tell us and we will take them down.

Four articles are published twice

Fix in Strapi 4 pairs

Why it matters

Each of these is two published articles with the same title, the same headline and the same text, sitting at two addresses that differ only by a “-1” on the end. The “-1” is what Strapi adds automatically when a record is duplicated rather than edited.

Google has to pick one of the two to show and it splits the credit between them, so neither ranks as well as a single copy would.

Please compare the two before you delete either. On three of these four pairs it is the “-1” copy that has a summary written for it and the original that does not, so the obvious-looking choice is the wrong one.

Where to change it

Strapi → Articles → unpublish the copy you are not keeping

ArticleOriginal addressDuplicate addressWhich one has a summary
Drug Production in Russia Is Growing Again/articles/drug-production-in-russia-is-growing-again/…-again-1/The “-1” copy
Pharmtech & Ingredients 2025: Final Video/articles/pharmtech-and-ingredients-2025-final-video/…-video-1/The “-1” copy
New Horizons of Development at the Eurasian Pharmaceutical Forum 2026/articles/new-horizons-of-development-at-the-eurasian-pharmaceutical-forum-2026/…-2026-1/The “-1” copy
Post-Exhibition Press Release/articles/post-exhibition-press-release/…-release-1/Neither

How to choose. Open both copies side by side. Keep the one with the better text, and copy across anything the other has that it lacks — usually the Excerpt. Then unpublish the loser. If you keep a -1 address, tell us and we will forward the original address to it so nothing that already links there breaks.

Two other “-1” articles are not duplicates. The raw materials for dietary supplements article and the Russian pharmaceutical market article also sit at a -1 address, but there is no second copy of either — the original was renamed at some point. Both are fine and need no action.

Verified. All eight addresses were requested on 4 September; all eight are live, and each pair carries the same headline and near-identical page content.

Article summaries are still worth filling in — but they are no longer urgent

Fix in Strapi 111 articles

Why it matters

We asked you for these in August and described them as the biggest job on the list. That has changed, and we want to be straight about why.

Every article has an Excerpt field — one or two sentences summarising it. On 111 of your 195 articles that field holds a single space character, so it looks filled in inside Strapi and reads as blank everywhere the site uses it. We have since traced this to a fault in our own code, and we are fixing it: once the fix is out, those 111 articles will generate their Google descriptions automatically from the text already written in the body. That part is off your list.

What our fix does not do is fill the visible spaces. The Excerpt is also the preview line on every article card in your listings, the standfirst under the headline on the article itself, and the text that travels with the article when somebody shares it. On those 111 articles all three are blank today and will stay blank. So the job is still real — it has simply moved from urgent to worth doing when you are in the article anyway.

Where to change it

Strapi → the article → Excerpt

What changed since our last report. In August we asked for these because the empty summaries were costing you the Google description and the article cards. We have since found the description half was our fault, not a gap in your content, so we have taken it back. The card half is genuinely content and is still yours.

What to write. One or two sentences, up to about 155 characters, saying what the article covers — as you would describe it to a colleague. It does not need to repeat the headline, and it should not repeat the same sentence between articles.

Where to start. The 30 most recent articles. They are the ones being read now and the ones whose cards are seen most, so they earn the time back fastest. The older ones can wait indefinitely.

You do not need to touch the SEO section. Filling in Excerpt is enough on its own. Where you write one, the site will use it as the search description too, in preference to the text our fix generates.

103 links still point at the old addresses

Fix in Strapi 103 links · 60 pages

Why it matters

Some page addresses were shortened a while ago — /exhibit/sectors/ became /sectors/, and so on. The old addresses still work, because the site forwards anyone using them on to the new page.

But 103 links still use the old form, and each one takes the visitor through a forwarding step before the real page appears. Search engines treat a link that has to be forwarded as worth less than one that goes straight there, so your two most valuable destinations — the stand enquiry form and the sectors page — are being handed less credit than they have earned.

The homepage “Join as an exhibitor” button is one of them. Most of the rest sit inside article body text, under words like BOOK A STAND, Enquire to Exhibit, pharmaceutical exhibition sectors and visit pharma trade show.

Where to change it

/exhibit/plan-your-travel/11
/plan-your-travel/
/attend/lead-scanning/11
/connect/

The quickest route. Search Strapi for /exhibit/ and for /attend/ and drop those two prefixes wherever they appear inside a link. Please keep the trailing / — /sectors/ rather than /sectors.

The last row is different. /attend/lead-scanning/ does not simply lose a prefix — that page is now /connect/. It is one link, on one page, under the words “Pharmtech Connect app >>”.

The footer Exhibitor List link is fine. The Exhibitor List link in the footer also passes through a forwarding step, on all 281 pages. That one is deliberate — it hands visitors over to the exhibitor manual, which lives on a different system — and it works correctly. Please leave it alone.

10

Ten pages use the Heading 1 style more than once

Fix in Strapi 10 pages

Why it matters

A page should have exactly one Heading 1. It is the page’s title as far as Google is concerned — the one line that says what this page is about. Where there are several, Google has to guess which one counts.

On these ten it has happened in two ways. Some are genuine section headings that were styled as Heading 1 instead of Heading 2. Nine others are empty Heading 1 lines with nothing in them but a space, which is what pasting out of Word usually leaves behind — invisible on the page, but Google still reads them.

Nothing looks wrong to a visitor and nothing is broken. It is a five-minute edit per page that makes each one legible to a search engine.

Where to change it

Strapi → the page record → the rich-text editor → change the extra Heading 1 lines to Heading 2

PageHeading 1 linesBlank onesThe extra real ones
/turkiye-exhibit-enquiry/63“Why Exhibit?”, “Who You’ll Meet?”

/why-russia-report/20“Download this report to understand:”
/why-russia-indian-exhibitors/20“Download this report to understand:”

What to do on each. Delete the blank Heading 1 lines outright, and change any real section heading from Heading 1 to Heading 2. Leave the page’s own title as the single Heading 1. The text on the page will look almost identical — Heading 2 is a slightly smaller size.

The four enquiry pages share a template. Why Exhibit? and Who You’ll Meet? appear as Heading 1 on the Exhibitor Enquiry page and on all three of its Türkiye, India and South Korea copies, so whatever was used to build them carried the same slip across. Fixing one tells you exactly what to do on the other three.

Verified. Counted on the live pages on 4 September, not from a scan — the blank headings do not show up in a listing, so each page was read directly.

781 images are heavier than they need to be

Fix in Strapi 781 images · 126 MB

Why it matters

Every visitor downloads these at full size, including anyone on a phone using mobile data at the show. It is the single biggest thing slowing the site down, and Google counts page speed when it decides where to rank you.

Anything over 100 kB is worth compressing, and a full-width image rarely needs to be wider than 1,920 pixels. The largest here is a 5.1 MB PNG, roughly fifty times what that image needs to be.

The site cannot shrink these by itself, so this is a re-upload in the Media Library rather than anything a developer can do. It is housekeeping, not urgent, and it is best done gradually — when you next edit a page, resize its images while you are there.

Where to change it

Strapi → Media Library → re-upload a smaller version of the file

SizeImageUsed on

0.35 MB1_23726a1baa.png11 pages

Rules of thumb when uploading. Full-width banner: no wider than 1920px. Article header: no wider than 1200px. Logos and icons: no wider than 400px. Save photographs as JPEG at about 80% quality rather than PNG — PNG is for logos and flat-colour graphics, and most of the largest files here are photographs saved as PNG, which typically cuts by 70–80% with no visible difference. Aim for under 200 kB.

Start with the ones used on many pages. The last three rows are used on 9, 12 and 11 pages, so re-saving each one improves every page it appears on. After the five big single-page files, the shared images are the best value for the effort.

About the number. We weighed all 2,391 images on the site and counted those above 100 kB, measured as 102,400 bytes: 781 files, 126 MB between them. Our August report counted from 100,000 bytes instead and so said 824 files and 130 MB. It is the same set of images described two ways, not 43 files fixed — we have standardised on the stricter figure. The full list is available on request.

Four pages are live at a placeholder address

We need a decision Decision

Why it matters

Every page has a web address, and normally it describes the page: /packaging-sector/, /visitor-guidelines/. These four never got one. Three Korean sector pages are sitting at /sectors/-1/, /sectors/-2/ and /sectors/-3/, and one article is still at the working address it was created under.

All four are published, indexed and readable, and the three sector pages are real Korean-language content — 재료, 포장 및 장비 and 파마테크 — not placeholders. Your Turkish sector pages have proper addresses; the Korean ones simply never got theirs, because the system could not build a web address out of Korean characters.

This needs a decision from you rather than an edit from us, because changing an address means the old one has to keep working. Tell us the new addresses and we will set up the forwarding at the same time.

Where to change it

Tell us which to keep — we will set up the forwarding for any you rename

PageWhat it isSuggested address
/sectors/-1/재료 — the Korean materials sector page/sectors/materials-kr/
/sectors/-2/포장 및 장비 — the Korean packaging and equipment sector page/sectors/packaging-kr/
/sectors/-3/파마테크 — the Korean Pharmtech sector page/sectors/pharmtech-kr/
/articles/pharmtech-article/5 Reasons to Visit Pharmtech & Ingredients 2024 — a real article, still at its working address, about the 2024 editionRename or unpublish

What we need from you. For the three sector pages: the addresses you want, or the word to unpublish them if the Korean sector pages were never meant to go live. For the article: whether a piece about the 2024 show should still be public — if yes it needs a proper address, if no it can be unpublished.

Why not just unpublish all four. The three Korean pages are the pages a Korean buyer would search for by product name, and there is real content on them. Taking them down loses that; renaming them keeps it and makes them findable. They also need a description written — they are among the ten non-English pages listed earlier.

The pop-up tool has never worked on this address

We need a decision Decision

Why it matters

Every page on the site loads a pop-up tool — the kind used for newsletter sign-up boxes and exit-intent offers. On this site it has never displayed anything, because the address expopharmtech.com was never registered against the account the tool belongs to.

So every page load fetches a script that does nothing. Visitors see nothing either way; there is no broken box on screen. It is simply an extra request on all 269 pages, buying you nothing.

The choice is a business one, not a technical one. If the pop-ups are still wanted, the address needs registering in that account and they will start appearing. If they are not, we remove the tool and every page gets slightly faster.

Where to change it

Tell us to register the domain or to remove the tool

What we need from you. Whether the pop-ups are still part of the plan. If yes, someone with access to that account registers expopharmtech.com and we will check it starts working. If no, we take the tool out — that is a change on our side and needs nothing from your team.

It is the same on your other sites. The same tool is loaded, and equally inactive, across the other ITE sites we look after. Whichever way this goes it is worth settling once for all of them rather than site by site.

If you have time

Worth doing, not urgent

None of these is a problem. They are the difference between a site that is correct and one that is polished.

Image descriptions on the rest of the library

Beyond the four footer icons, roughly 1,840 images have no written description. Almost all of them appear on a single article or gallery page each, so this is a long tail rather than a project. The practical approach is to fill them in as you go: when you edit or publish an article, describe its images while you are there. Prioritise images that carry information — product photographs, charts, people — over decorative backgrounds, which are genuinely fine left empty.

80 page titles are cut off in search results

Google shows roughly the first 60 characters of a title and trims the rest mid-sentence, so the part that persuades someone to click is never seen. Almost all 80 are articles, and the longest runs to 172 characters. You do not need to rename them — each article has a separate Meta Title field used only for search results, so a short version can go there while the headline on the page stays as it is. Worth doing for your best-performing articles rather than all 80.

Some page titles are very short

Packaging, Media Gallery. Google gives you about 60 characters and these use a third of it. Pharmaceutical Packaging | Pharmtech & Ingredients 2026 works harder than Packaging, and costs nothing to change.

The gallery pages look alike to a search engine

The fifteen galleries differ only in their photographs — the surrounding text is the same on every one. As far as Google can tell they are the same page fifteen times. The one-line descriptions suggested above go most of the way; a short paragraph on each saying what happened that year, who exhibited and what was awarded would finish the job.

Some links need a human eye once or twice a year

Nine external links could not be checked automatically because the sites behind them refuse automated requests — the Hilton and Radisson booking links, rg.ru, TASS, two pages on fda.gov, the EDQM and EMA publications, Investopedia and the ITE exhibitor catalogue. They all load normally in a browser and we have no reason to think any is broken. They simply cannot be monitored, so they are worth clicking through by hand once or twice a year.

One gallery page carries 483 photographs

The 2025 exhibition gallery loads 483 images on a single page. They arrive gradually as you scroll, so it does work, but it is a lot to ask of a phone on show-floor wifi. Nobody has reported it as slow and nothing about it is broken — worth knowing if anyone ever does. Splitting it across several pages would be our job, not yours; tell us if it comes up.

On our side

What we are already fixing

Found in the same review, but ours to put right rather than yours.

No action needed from your team

The blank summary on 111 of your articles is stopping the site from writing their Google descriptions from the article text, which is why they all show the homepage sentence instead. This turned out to be a fault in our own code rather than a gap in your content, and the fix generates all 111 descriptions automatically

affects 111 of 195 articles

Code

The social media feeds on Industry Insights render as roughly a thousand pixels of empty page on most visits, because the feed software is being loaded twice on that page and the two copies interfere with each other

Code

Google is being sent no structured data at all — the machine-readable summary that lets a search result show your dates, venue and images rather than just a blue link. The field for it is empty on every page, and rather than ask your team to write 265 of them we are generating it in code from the information already in Strapi

affects 265 of 283 pages

Code

Only 30 of your 195 articles can be reached by following links — the rest sit behind the “Load more” button, which a search engine cannot press, so they are found through your sitemap alone and earn nothing from the rest of the site

affects 177 articles

Code

The four social media icons in the footer have no label, so a screen reader announces each one as just “link” and a blind visitor cannot tell which network it leads to. We are building the label into the links so it cannot be lost again when someone re-uploads an icon

Code

Two pieces of grey text — the sponsor section intro and the date and share line on every article — are too faint against their background to meet the readability standard

affects 44 of the 50 page layouts tested

Code

The play and mute buttons on your video players have no label, so a screen reader announces each one as just “button” with no way to tell what it does

affects every page carrying a video

The dots under the sliders are 12 pixels across, half the recommended minimum for a phone, so they are difficult to tap accurately

We are adding a safety net so that a Canonical URL typed into Strapi by hand is ignored whenever it points at an address that only forwards somewhere else. Clearing the five fields listed above fixes today’s instance; this stops the same trap catching anyone again

Standard browser security headers are missing, so the site is not as protected as it could be against certain attacks. These are set by the hosting and content delivery layer rather than in the website itself

What happens now

Start with the five short ones

Clearing five Canonical URL fields, describing four footer icons, fixing the Exhibitor Directory link, repointing the dead hotel and Organiser links, and ticking No Index on six pages. Between them that is well under an hour. It stops four of your most valuable pages quietly asking Google to leave them out, turns three dead booking buttons back on, and corrects 1,124 image descriptions from four edits.

Then the page descriptions

The 41 pages with no description of their own are the biggest remaining job and the one that shows up fastest in search. The sixteen main pages are the ones people actually search for, the fifteen galleries follow one pattern once you have written the first, and the ten non-English pages are worth queuing separately for a native speaker.

Read the suggested wording before you use it

Every description and every replacement address we have drafted is a starting point. We wrote them from what is on the page, not from your marketing plan, and we have deliberately avoided quoting visitor and exhibitor figures. Change anything that does not sound like you.

Answer the two decisions

What to do with the four pages sitting at a placeholder address, and whether the pop-up tool stays or goes. Reply to this report and we will action both — the renames need forwarding set up on our side, so they cannot be done from Strapi alone.

We re-run the check

Once you have published your changes we run the same review again and send you a short before-and-after. No need to tell us when — just say the word.

Every item in this report was checked by hand against the live site on 4 September 2026. 269 pages were loaded one by one in a real browser; a separate search-engine crawl fetched 283 addresses, covering all 270 in your sitemap as well as the forwarding pages and duplicates that are not listed there. Every link destination was requested individually and all 2,391 images were weighed, so the counts here are measured rather than estimated. Where a scan and the live page disagreed we went with the page: the duplicate articles, the empty headings, the canonical fields and every dead link in this report were re-read directly on 4 September, and several things the scan raised — including nine external links it called broken that open perfectly well in a browser — were checked, found to be fine and left out. Each page was loaded once, so this review found what it found; it is not a guarantee that nothing else is wrong. Suggested wording and suggested addresses are a starting point: please read them over before publishing, and change anything that does not match how you talk about the event.
