The delegate registration form is not working
Why it matters
The ticket form on /registration-form/ is not part of the site itself. It is a widget from the registration provider, dropped into the page’s text as a short block of code, and that code tells the widget which server to talk to. The server it names — wisent-live-api.hyve.ru — no longer exists. The widget still loads, cannot reach anything, and shows a single placeholder line (REGISTRATION_IS_UNAVAILABLE_TEXT) with no fields at all.
Your three card-payment forms — Базовый, Бизнес and VIP — use the same widget with the provider’s current address, wisent-api.itegroup.online, and they work. The summit’s own registration code (115065) answers correctly on that address today, so the fix is one edit: replace the old server address with the new one in the widget code and republish the page.
One thing to settle first: nothing on the site links to this page — not the menu, and not the Стать делегатом page, which sends visitors to the four payment forms instead. If delegates now register through the packages page, the simpler fix is to unpublish this one (or tick noIndex in its SEO settings), so nobody lands on a dead form from an old link or a search result. If it is still in use, fix the address and link it from the packages page.
Where to change it
Strapi → Pages → Delegate Form Registration 1 → the text block that holds the registration widget code
| Setting | Currently | Change it to |
|---|---|---|
| data-apibaseurl | https://wisent-api.itegroup.online/api |
Where exactly. Open the page in Strapi and find the block of code in the page text — it begins with <div id="app"> and mentions wisent. Change only the address in the quotes after data-apibaseurl. Leave the registration code 115065 and everything else exactly as it is.
The same fault on the main site. The Visitor Registration page on miningworldexpo.com carries the same widget with the same old address — and there it is the only way to register. It is covered in that site’s own report.
Verified. On 25 August the page’s code names the old address, which no longer exists on the internet at all; the three payment forms name the new one and show their fields; and the new address answers correctly for registration code 115065.
