Four pages still show 2025 dates or downloads, while the rest of the site says 13–15 April 2027

Fix in Strapi 4 pages

Why it matters

Every other page on the site says 13–15 April 2027. On these four, a visitor reads a different event: opening hours or a deadline for 2025 that have already passed, or text that looks as though it belongs to another show.

Update each one to the 2027 details, or remove the dated lines until they are known. These are the pages people use to plan a visit, so they are worth doing first.

Where to change it

Strapi → the page named → the text that carries the dates

PageWhat it says now
/about-robotics/Opening Hours 15 - 17 April 2025: 10:00 - 18:00. The venue reads “Pavilion 3, Halls 13, 14 and 15”, where other pages say “Pavilion 3, Crocus Expo”
/awards/Opening Hours 15, 16 March 2025: 10:00 - 18:00 · 17 March 2025: 10:00 - 16:00
/accreditation-of-journalists/The deadline for accreditation applications is 10 April 2025 at 12:00 (Moscow time)
/conference-programme/The heading says 2027, but the body says “Stay Tuned — 2026 Agenda Coming Soon…”, offers “Download the 2025 Program Schedule” and “View the Agenda Plan for 2025”, and the introduction speaks of “top retail and distribution executives”, which looks copied from another event’s page

The Awards page may not need this edit. It is also one of the pages nothing links to (see the decision further down). If you decide to unpublish it, you can skip its dates.

2

Three “Quick Links” buttons on the Conference Programme page go nowhere

Fix in Strapi 3 buttons · 1 page

Why it matters

Download the 2025 Program Schedule, Download the Hall Plan and View the Agenda Plan for 2025 all have their link set to “#”. Clicking one only jumps to the top of the page, so a visitor looking for the programme or the hall plan gets nothing.

Link the current files, or remove the three buttons until the files exist. The two buttons with “2025” in their label will need renaming once they point at the 2027 files.

Where to change it

Strapi → Conference Programme → Quick Links → each of the three buttons → Link To

3

Four placeholder or demo pages are live and listed in Google

Fix in Strapi 4 pages

Why it matters

All four are published and in your sitemap, so Google is told about them. The three “Media Title” galleries were on the 15 September report and are still live. The Partners & Sponsors (Demo) page is new.

Unpublishing each one clears every problem in this item at once. If any of the three galleries is a real gallery that was never finished, give it a real title and a short description instead.

Where to change it

Strapi → each record → unpublish

PageWhat is on it
/media-gallery/expo-electronica-media/Title “Media Title”, description “Lorem, ipsum dolor sit amet…” (sample Latin that sits in a layout before real words arrive)
/media-gallery/expo-electronica-media-1/The same placeholder text
/media-gallery/expo-electronica-media-2/The same placeholder text
/partners-sponsors-demo/A page called “Partners & Sponsors (Demo)” with the description “Demo content for Partners & Sponsors.”

The Compliance Report page talks about Indian welding companies

Fix in Strapi 1 page

Why it matters

The page reads: “This intelligence report gives Indian welding and industrial companies the practical compliance foundation…”. This is an electronics exhibition, so a visitor reading it will wonder whether they are on the right site.

The suggested wording below is a starting point. Please read it over before publishing.

Where to change it

Strapi → Compliance Report (/download-compliance-report/) → the introduction text

ReplaceWith
Indian welding and industrial companies
Indian electronics manufacturers and suppliers

Also check the downloadable report itself. If the text was copied from another exhibition’s page, the file may have been copied with it. Please open the report and confirm it is the electronics edition.

5

Four articles are published twice

Fix in Strapi 4 articles · 8 pages

Why it matters

Each pair is the same story under two web addresses. Google sees them as competing copies and picks one at random, and the credit the article earns is split between them.

For each pair, keep one copy and unpublish the other. The Redirects entry matters: it means anyone who saved or shared the old address still lands on the article. Where nothing else decides it, keep the copy without “-1” at the end.

Where to change it

Strapi → Articles → the copy you do not want → unpublish, then Strapi → Redirects → add an entry from the removed address to the one you kept

Four internal links point at pages that do not exist

Fix in Strapi 4 links

Why it matters

Each of these leads a visitor to a “page not found”. Two are the same mistake: About ITE now lives at /ite-group/, and two pages still point at the old /about-ite/ address.

Where to change it

Strapi → the page or article named → the link in the text

Article: ExpoElectronica: The largest electronics exhibition in Russia and the EAEU…expoelectronica.ruexpoelectronica.ru, typed with no https:// in frontAdd https:// to the front of the address

Why the bare address breaks. Written as expoelectronica.ru with nothing in front, the site reads it as the name of a page inside your own site rather than as another website. Adding https:// is the whole fix.

7

Twelve links to other websites are broken

Fix in Strapi 12 links

Why it matters

Each of these was opened in a real browser, so they are genuinely broken and not just refusing automated checks. Four are the hotel buttons on Plan Your Travel, which is where a visitor goes to book a stay.

Please click these three yourself. They are blocked for visitors outside Russia, so we could not confirm them: “Access Here” on the Exhibitor Resource Center (exhibitor.ite-expo.ru), “EXHIBITORS AT EXPOELECTRONICA 2025” in the 2025 exhibitor-list article (catalogue.ite-expo.ru), and “View Website” on the Y&H Cargo page (yhcargoindia.com, which did not respond).

Links that look dead but are fine. Many other links to outside websites were flagged by our checker but open normally in a browser. efind.ru, which appears on 46 pages, is one of them. No action is needed on those.

Twenty-three gallery pages have a one-word description

Fix in Strapi 23 pages

Why it matters

This is unchanged since the 15 September report. The description is the grey text under your link in a Google result, and it is the two lines that decide whether someone clicks you or the result below you.

On these twenty-three galleries the Short Text field holds one word and nothing else — “ExpoElectronica” on 17 of them and “expo-electronica” on 6 — so that is the entire search result. Suggested wording is below for every one; please read it over before publishing, because it goes out in your name.

Four real 2026 galleries are missing from the Media Gallery page

Fix in Strapi 4 galleries

Why it matters

The Media Gallery page shows galleries that were picked by hand, and these four were never added to that list. No page on the site links to them, so visitors can only reach them if they already know the address.

Open the page and add the four to the gallery section’s list.

Where to change it

Four “thank you” pages show up in Google

Fix in Strapi 4 pages

Why it matters

Nobody should arrive at a form’s confirmation page from a search result. The other nine thank-you pages on the site are already set up correctly: each has an SEO block with noIndex ticked. These four have no SEO block at all.

Add one to each and tick noIndex. They drop out of Google and out of the sitemap, and nothing changes for someone who has just submitted a form.

Sixteen images have no description, three of them on every page

Fix in Strapi 16 images

Why it matters

Every image can carry a short written description. A screen reader reads it aloud to a blind visitor, and Google uses it to understand what the picture shows. When the picture is the only thing inside a link, that description is the link’s only name.

The first three images below sit on every page. Their field is empty, so a screen reader announces them as links with no name. This has been open since 24 August. Three edits cover every page of the site, which is the best return of any image task here.

The site tells Google nothing about the event

Fix in Strapi 1 edit · homepage

Why it matters

Every page has an empty JSON-LD field. That field is a hidden block of information telling Google what the event is: its name, dates, venue and organiser. It is what lets Google show an event card in search results instead of a plain link.

Start with the homepage. ExpoCifra’s homepage already carries one, so copy its JSON-LD field, change the name, dates and web address to ExpoElectronica’s, and paste it into the homepage’s SEO block. That one edit is the most valuable.

Do not fill it in on other pages yet. On most of them we first need to make the site display it (see what we are handling below).

Where to change it

Strapi → Homepage → SEO → JSON-LD

Hand it to a developer if that is easier. This is the most technical item on the list. It is a single field containing a block of structured text, and passing this paragraph to whoever maintains the site is a perfectly good way to get it done.

Eight pages are live but nothing on the site links to them

We need a decision Decision · 8 pages

Why it matters

Visitors and Google can only reach these pages if they already know the address. For each one, either link it from somewhere or unpublish it. Only your team knows which pages are still meant to be found.

The statistics strip on the sector pages hides its third figure on a phone

We need a decision Decision · 4 pages

Why it matters

Each sector page shows “23,400+ Visitors”, “825+ Exhibitors” and “23+ Countries Represented” as a table in the page text. On a 390-pixel-wide phone screen the table needs 462 pixels. It does scroll sideways, so nothing is lost, but “23+” is entirely off-screen, “Countries Represented” is cut to “Co” and “Rep”, and nothing tells a visitor to swipe.

We raise it because the hidden figure is one of the three headline numbers.

Where to change it

Some brand-colour text is below the readable-contrast standard

We need a decision Decision · most pages

Why it matters

On most pages, some text does not have enough contrast against its background to meet the widely used accessibility standard. It is all in your brand colours: the white text on the green buttons, the bold green labels, and the titles and submit buttons of the embedded forms.

Nothing is broken, and the site can stay as it is. Changing it would alter how the brand looks, so it is your call.

The Apollo visitor-tracking tag is rejected on every page

We need a decision Decision · every page

Why it matters

The site loads a tracking tag from Apollo. On all 233 pages checked, the tag’s request is answered with an error, so it is not working as set up. This has been the case since August.

Either the tag’s ID is corrected, which only whoever owns the Apollo account can supply, or the tag comes off the site. Which one depends on whether you still use it, and only your team knows that.

Where to change it

Whoever owns your Apollo tracking account — or tell us to remove the tag from the site

OptionWhat it means
Correct the IDThe account owner sends us the right ID and we update the site.
Remove the tagTell us and we take it off the site.

If you have time

Worth doing, not urgent

None of these is a problem. They are the difference between a site that is correct and one that is polished.

Large images: hold off on re-uploading

An earlier list asked for the large gallery photos to be re-saved and re-uploaded. Please don’t start on that. Smaller copies of every photo already exist, and we are switching the site over to them, which removes about two-thirds of the weight without anyone touching the Media Library. Once that is done we will tell you which few images remain.

Alternative text on gallery photos — about 2,400 images

Most gallery photos have no alternative text. This is a large task with modest returns, so treat it as background work. One rule is worth adopting now: add alternative text whenever you upload, so the backlog stops growing.

Titles that are too long or very short

Thirty-five titles are cut off in Google (more than about 60 characters), almost all of them article headlines. Forty-nine are under 30 characters, so they use little of the space Google gives them, for example “Robotics”, “Contact Us” and “Exhibition 2019”. Fourteen article descriptions are also slightly too long (156–160 characters, against a limit of about 155). All three are editorial judgement and yours to decide. They are worth doing for the pages people actually search for, and not worth working through every one.

Two headings that appear on two pages each

“Robotics” is the main heading of both /about-robotics/ and /sectors/robotics/. “Enquiry to Exhibit” is the main heading of both /exhibit-enquiry/ and /expocifra-exhibit-enquiry/. Making each one specific helps Google tell the pages apart, for example “Robotics at ExpoElectronica” and “Robotics Sector”, or “Enquiry to Exhibit at ExpoCifra”.

Two links go through a “Redirecting…” screen

The menu’s Exhibitor List 2026 item (on every page) and the homepage’s Learn More under ExpoCifra both point at pages on this site that immediately forward the visitor somewhere else. They work, but every click passes through a blank “Redirecting…” screen first. Pointing them straight at the final addresses avoids it: Exhibitor List 2026 → https://exhibitors-itegroup.exhibitoronlinemanual.com/expo-electronica-cifra-2026/en/Exhibitor, and Learn More (ExpoCifra) → https://cifraexpo.com/about-expocifra/.

On our side

What we are handling

Ours rather than yours. Since the last reports these have been fixed: the map now loads on About ExpoElectronica and About Robotics; the “Connect with Global Suppliers” flags on Why Visit are no longer cut off; text blocks with no address now show plain text instead of a dead link; the main menu’s drop-down links can now be followed by search engines; the setting that forces a secure connection is in place; and the security certificate is now served complete. Nothing is down and no page crashed, and the mobile menu opened on every one of the 52 pages checked on a phone.

No action needed from your team

Every gallery and card image loads the full camera original, although smaller copies of every photo already exist on your media storage. We are switching the site to those, so nothing needs to be re-uploaded. Switching takes the 1,338 oversized images from 264 MB to about 88 MB

1,338 images over 100 kB, 264 MB

Code

On a phone, the three figures at the bottom of Why Visit (86% / 78% / 72%) overlap and are cut off at the screen edge. They also push the header’s language switch and menu button partly off the screen

Why Visit · 1 page

Code

On the Awards page, all ten sector-card labels are cut off mid-word until a card is hovered. Tablets used in landscape cannot hover, so for them the labels stay cut off

Awards · 10 of 10 cards

Code

The “Co-located with ExpoCifra” logo in the header and the social icons in the footer have no name for a screen reader. Your three image descriptions are the immediate fix; we are giving the links a name in code as the safety net behind them

52 of 52 pages checked

Code

Images with no description attribute at all, so a screen reader has nothing to announce. Eleven are the sector cards on the Sectors page and one is on Electronica Connect. Filling in the descriptions is on your list; we are making sure an empty one is handled correctly

12 images · 11 on Sectors, 1 on Connect

Code

Even once the event block is filled in on your homepage, other pages cannot send it to Google: the standard content pages and the sector pages do not display it, and the photo galleries have nowhere to store it. We are wiring in the first two page types; the galleries need a different approach. The homepage, articles and landing pages already display it

79 of 233 pages

Code

Older articles cannot be reached by following links: the list shows only the first batch and hides the rest behind the Load More button, which a search engine cannot press. Only 30 are real links in the page, so the other articles are found through your sitemap alone. We are adding real page links behind the button

121 articles

Code

Smaller accessibility touches: the homepage video’s play and mute buttons, the compliance-report banner link and the tabs on the Exhibitor Resource Center have no usable name for assistive tools, and the slider dots and carousel arrows are too small to tap comfortably

3 pages and 8 pages

Code

Four standard browser security settings are still missing, so the site is not as protected as it could be against certain kinds of attack. The one that forces a secure connection is now in place. The rest are set by the hosting layer rather than in the website, so the change is made there

What happens now

Start with the four pages that show 2025 dates

Every other page says 13–15 April 2027. About Robotics, Awards, Accreditation of Journalists and the Conference Programme are where a visitor can still read an old date or download an old file, and the three Conference Programme buttons that go nowhere sit on the same page.

Then the quick ones

Unpublish the four placeholder and demo pages, tick noIndex on the four thank-you pages, and fix the four footer links and the broken internal links. The three image descriptions that sit on every page are three edits. The four hotel buttons on Plan Your Travel are worth doing early because that is where a visitor books.

Then the descriptions and the event block

Twenty-three galleries, each with suggested wording ready to adapt, then four main pages. Add the four missing galleries to the Media Gallery page, and paste the event block into the homepage. Apart from the four decisions, the whole list is a few days of work in Strapi, most of it the gallery descriptions.

Phone layout and image weight are ours

The Why Visit figures on a phone and the cut-off labels on the Awards page are being fixed on our side. So is the weight of the photos, so nothing needs to be re-uploaded or compressed.

Four decisions from you

What to do with the eight pages nothing links to, how the statistics strip on the sector pages should look on a phone, whether the brand-colour text gets a deeper shade, and whether the Apollo tracking tag is corrected or removed. Reply to this report with your answers and we will action them, or tell us to leave any of them as they are.

We re-run the check

Once you have published your changes, we run the same review again and send you a short before-and-after. No need to tell us when — just say the word.

This review had two parts, run on two dates. The search-engine crawl ran on 2 October and covered 243 addresses: all 233 pages in your sitemap plus 10 old or broken addresses found through links. The browser check ran on 6 October and loaded all 233 sitemap pages in a real browser. The phone-sized check covered 52 of them: every top-level page plus one sample each from the articles, the media galleries and the sectors, with the sector pages then checked one by one. The 152 articles and 25 galleries outside that sample were not checked on a phone, so silence about them is not the same as a pass. The browser check raised 1,345 individual flags. Each was looked at, and the real problems are in this report; things that turned out to be fine are left out, including images reported as broken that were only slow to arrive, errors from outside services such as the YouTube player and the reCAPTCHA form check, and links to other websites that refuse automated visitors but open normally for a person. Because the two parts ran four days apart, something you have already edited may still be listed from the earlier crawl, and a count in one part may differ slightly from the other. Suggested wording is a starting point — please read it over before publishing and change anything that does not sound like you.
