94 individual flags came out of the page-by-page scan. Repeated faults are grouped by cause, so one problem affecting many pages is listed once.

Visitors cannot register: the registration form does not load
Fix in Strapi1 page
Why it matters
The Visitor Registration page uses a form supplied by your registration provider. The form does not appear: visitors see a line of unfinished placeholder text where it should be, and no fields to fill in. The form tries to contact the provider’s system, and the address it uses no longer exists, so nobody can register for the 1–4 February 2027 show.
This needs two steps. First, ask your registration provider (or ITE’s registration team) for the current address the form should use. Second, replace the old address in the embedded block on the page. Until it works, please point any “register” buttons on the site somewhere that does.
Where to change it
Strapi → Pages → Visitor Registration → the embedded registration block (a raw HTML block). The new address has to come from your registration provider
2
Eight forwarding entries send visitors in circles or to “page not found”
Fix in Strapi8 entries
Why it matters
A forwarding entry (a redirect) tells the site to send anyone who opens an old address to a new one. These eight are set up wrongly. The first one is the most important: the Visa Support page is published, but two entries point at each other, so anyone who opens it is bounced back and forth many times a second and never sees the page. The visa button on Plan Your Travel leads straight into it.
Most of the others have the same cause: the sector pages moved from /exhibit/sectors/… to /sectors/…, and some sectors were renamed at the same time. Four articles link to the pool and water-supply addresses below, so fixing these entries also fixes those links.
Where to change it
Strapi → Redirects

Problem
What to do
/attend/visa-support
Sends to /visa, while /visa sends back, so the page reloads endlessly and the Visa Support page is hidden
Delete this entry. Keep the /visa → /attend/visa-support entry so the short address still works
One copy goes to /exhibit/sectors/water-supply-equipment and the other to /sectors/water-supply-equipment. The site uses the first copy, which is a page not found
Delete the copy that goes to /exhibit/sectors/water-supply-equipment
/exhibit/sectors/pipes-fittings-valves
Sends to /sectors/pipes-fittings-valves, which is a page not found
Change “To” to /sectors/pipes-fittings-and-valves/
/exhibit/sectors/engineering-tools-1
Sends to /exhibit/sectors/engineering-tools, which is a page not found
Probably change “To” to /sectors/tools-for-assembly-cutting-and-welding/. Please confirm it is the right sector
One more duplicate./exhibit/sectors/heating-equipment is also listed twice with the same destination. It works, but please delete one copy.

Eight articles are telling Google to ignore them
Fix in Strapi8 articles
Why it matters
The Canonical URL field tells Google “the real version of this page is somewhere else”. On each of these articles something has been typed there. The address it points to is a page that does not exist, a forwarding page that sends readers straight back, or a different article. Either way, Google is being told to drop the article from search, and has done so.
Open each article, clear the Canonical URL field and leave it empty. The site fills in the correct value automatically. The last one is the only exception, and only if someone has deliberately decided the two articles are the same story. They read like different articles.

The homepage’s Google title stops mid-sentence and its description repeats itself
Fix in Strapi1 page
Why it matters
The title is the blue clickable line in a Google result, and the description is the grey text under it. This is the search result people see most often for the event.
The title currently ends mid-sentence, and the description is the same sentence written twice. The suggested wording is a starting point. Please read it over before publishing, because it goes out under Aquaflame’s name.

Plan Your Travel has five buttons with no text
Fix in Strapi5 buttons
Why it matters
Five of the cards across the two tabs (For Exhibitors: Visa, Freight, Handling & Customs, Preparation Checklist. For Visitors: Visa, Rules of Entry) have a button with no text, so each shows as an empty red bar. Three of them link to “#”, which goes nowhere. The two Visa buttons link to the Visa Support page, which is the one caught in the forwarding loop above.
Give each button a label and a real link: the Visa Support page once the forwarding entry is fixed, the freight contact, a checklist PDF. If a card has nothing to point at, remove its link.
Where to change it
Strapi → Pages → Plan Your Travel → the card buttons on both tabs

Seven links inside the site lead to “page not found”
Fix in Strapi7 links
Why it matters
A visitor who clicks any of these gets an error page instead of what the link promised. Six are in articles and one is on the “Thank you.” page, where the button is dead.
The four pool and water-supply links will also start working once the forwarding entries above are fixed, but pointing them straight at the new address saves visitors an extra hop.

Eleven pages that should not appear in Google
Fix in Strapi11 pages
Why it matters
Ticking No Index tells Google not to list a page, and also keeps it out of the page list the site gives to search engines. It already works this way on the Indian compliance report’s thank-you page.
Two are internal demo pages that are public and listed in Google, one with placeholder “lorem ipsum” text. Unpublishing them is fine too. The other nine are the confirmation pages people see after filling in a form, so someone arriving from Google lands on “Thank You” and nothing else.

Image links in the header, the footer and the homepage banner have no name
Fix in Strapi5 images
Why it matters
The alternative text is a short written description of a picture. A screen reader reads it aloud to a blind visitor, and Google uses it to understand the image. When the picture is also a link, it is the only name the link has. The LinkedIn, YouTube and VK icons in the footer and the AIRVent logo next to “Co-located with” in the header are on every page, and the homepage “Beyond the Surface” report banner is on the homepage. None of them has a description, so each link is announced as nameless.

Why it matters
These are the pictures visitors actually see that have no alternative text, so a screen reader reads out the file name instead and Google learns nothing from the picture. Search the Media Library for each name, then add a short plain description of what the picture shows.
Each picture only needs fixing once, even when it appears on several pages.

Four standalone sector pages compete with the main sector pages
We need a decisionDecision
Why it matters
These four pages are not linked from anywhere on the site, but they are public and listed in Google. Two of them have exactly the same title as the main sector page, so Google has to guess which one to show.
If they are advertising landing pages, tick SEO → No Index on all four so they stop competing with the real sector pages. If they are meant to be found, give them distinct titles instead, for example “Exhibit Heating Equipment at Aquaflame 2027” and “Exhibit Water Supply Equipment at Aquaflame 2027”.

The orange on your buttons is just short of the readable-text standard
We need a decisionDecision
Why it matters
White text on the brand orange is harder to read than it should be, especially in bright light or for people with weaker eyesight. The widely used accessibility standard asks for a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1 for normal-size text. The orange used on your buttons (#f04830) measures 3.7 to 1.
It affects every primary button, and orange text on white measures the same 3.7 to 1. A slightly deeper orange fixes both at once, but it changes your brand colour, so it is your call.
Where to change it
Tell us which option to use. It is a single colour change on our side
Option
Colour
Contrast with white
Keep the current orange
#f04830
3.7 to 1
A slightly deeper orange, same hue
#d93d22
4.52 to 1
Keep the orange, but make button text bold and at least 18.66px (counts as “large text”, which needs only 3 to 1)
#f04830
Passes at that size
The embedded forms. The submit buttons on the site’s embedded forms, and the Sponsorship Enquiry form’s title, measure about 3.0 to 3.7 to 1. They take their colours from the ActiveCampaign form designer, not from the website. If you choose a new shade, set it there too.
What we need from you. Tell us whether to change it and, if so, which option. If you would rather keep the current orange, no action is needed and we will leave it as it is.
If you have time
Worth doing, not urgent
None of these is a problem. They are the difference between a site that is correct and one that is polished.
Two pages for Indian exhibitors
The new landing page “Take India’s Engineering Solutions to Eurasia” (/lp/indian-exhibitors/) and the older “Built in India. Ready for Eurasia.” (/indian-exhibitors/) both appear in Google and speak to the same audience. If the landing page is only for advertising campaigns, tick SEO → No Index on it. If the older page is replaced by it, add a forwarding entry from /indian-exhibitors to /lp/indian-exhibitors/.
Seven photo albums are not shown on “Aquaflame Through the Years”
That page shows a hand-picked list of nine albums. Aquaflame 2026 Exhibition, Aquaflame 2026 - Exhibition, Aquaflame Awards 2026, Aquatherm Moscow 2020, Aquatherm Moscow Awards 2024, Conference Programme 2023 and Conference Programme 2024 are not linked from anywhere. Add them to the list, or empty the list and the page will show every album automatically. Two of them have near-identical names (“Aquaflame 2026 Exhibition” and “Aquaflame 2026 - Exhibition”), so consider merging them.
The Conference Programme 2026 page is out of date
/conference-programme/ still says “The agenda will be updated soon”, but the 2026 show has already taken place. Replace the text with the 2027 programme, or a short “2027 programme coming soon” note that links to the 2026 conference photos.
Pages that nothing links to
Matchmaking Service, Become a Partner, Conference Programme 2026, Download the Aquaflame Report (/exhibit/report/), “Built in India. Ready for Eurasia.” (/indian-exhibitors/) and “Exporting to Russia?” (/indian-compliance-report/) are live but no menu, button or page points to them. If visitors should find them, add them to the menu or link them from a related page.
Five article titles are cut off in Google
Google shows roughly the first 60 characters of a title, so longer ones are cut off mid-sentence. Suggested shorter Meta Titles, a starting point to read over first: “Aquaflame 2026: 30 Years Shaping the Engineering Industry” (for the 30 Years of Engineering Solutions article), “Russia's Swimming Pool Industry in 2025: What's Happening” (the swimming pool industry in Russia article), “Top News of H1 2025: Heating, Water Supply & Plumbing” (the first half of 2025 news article), “Russian Heating Equipment Market: 2023 Results, 2024 Outlook” (the Russian heating equipment market article) and “What's Happening in Russia's Pipe, Valve & Fittings Market?” (the pipe, valve and fittings market article).
Ten article descriptions are a few characters too long
They run 156–160 characters, and Google cuts at about 155. Cutting a word or two from each is enough: Aquatherm Moscow 2024: Reasons to Exhibit, Design and Construction Synergies…, Innovations in Heating Equipment: What's New at Aquaflame 2026, Modern Gas Supply Solutions…, Next-Gen Water Supply Equipment…, Post-release: results of the 28th International Exhibition…, Renewable Energy Integration…, Russian Heating Equipment Market Trends…, Selecting the Right Tools for Assembly and Welding… and Smart Automation in Engineering Systems…. “Russian Market: Fundamental Changes…” is also too long, but fix its canonical field first.
About 30 links take a detour through a “Redirecting…” screen
They work, but each one briefly shows a “Redirecting…” screen because it points at an old sector or brochure address. The simple rule: remove /exhibit from the start of any /exhibit/sectors/… link. Most are the words “exhibition sectors”, “control & automation systems” or “heating equipment” inside articles, plus the buttons View all sectors (Home), Explore Sectors (About Us) and Explore all sectors (Why Visit, Why Exhibit). Download Brochure and Explore More buttons should go to /exhibit/download-sales-brochure/, and Download Post Show Report buttons to /exhibit/download-post-show-report/.
Article headings
Many articles use “Heading 3” for their main sections when “Heading 2” is the right level (for example 10 Facts about Aquatherm Moscow), and some use bold text instead of a heading at all. Using Heading 2 gives Google a clearer outline. Do this when an article is next edited; it is not worth going back through old ones.
About 50 page titles are very short
Pages such as “Articles”, “Why Visit” or “Contact us” have a Google title with no event name in it. If you want to improve the main pages by hand, fill in Meta Title, for example “Why Visit Aquaflame 2027 | HVAC & Plumbing Expo, Moscow”. Nothing is broken, so this is your call.

What we are handling
Found in the same review, but ours to put right. Apart from the phone problem in the first row, no page had cut-off content, overlapping elements or sideways scrolling on a phone, and the mobile menu opened on every page type that has one.
No action needed from your team
The most important item here: on phones, the homepage and the articles list often fail to load and show a “This page couldn’t load” screen instead. We tested one page at a time. On a slow phone connection the homepage failed on 6 of 6 loads and the articles list on 3 of 3. On a phone-sized screen with a normal connection the homepage failed on 4 of 12 loads, and on a desktop-sized screen on 0 of 6. The Indian exhibitors landing page also failed on some loads. Nobody can register for the show until the registration form is reconnected, so ask your provider for the current address first. Then fix the eight forwarding entries so the Visa Support page can open again.
Then the Google-facing fixes
Clear the eight canonical fields, rewrite the homepage’s title and description and fix the broken links. The forwarding entries, canonicals and homepage take about an hour. Apart from the registration form and the two decisions, the rest is roughly half a day of Strapi housekeeping.
The phone loading problem and the image sizes are ours
We are working on the phone loading problem first. Slow image loading is also on our side, so nothing needs to be re-uploaded or compressed.
Two decisions from you
Whether the four standalone sector pages stay visible in Google, and whether the brand orange gets a slightly deeper shade. Reply to this report with your answers and we will action both.
We re-run the check
Once you have published your changes, we run the same review again and send you a short before-and-after. No need to tell us when — just say the word.
This review was carried out on 5 October 2026, after the site’s latest update, and it had two parts. 154 pages from your sitemap were loaded in a real browser and checked for layout and errors, with the internal /components/ demo page left out, and a search-engine crawl covered all 155 pages in the sitemap. The mobile menu and accessibility checks ran on 35 of the pages, one of each page type, so a shared part of the site such as the header or footer is reported once but applies wherever it appears. The browser check raised 94 individual flags. Each was looked at, and the real problems are in this report; things that turned out to be fine, such as messages from outside services, are left out. Each page was loaded once at normal speed, apart from the phone loading tests described above, so this lists what we found, which is not the same as every page being free of problems. Suggested wording is a starting point — please read it over before publishing and change anything that does not sound like you.
