491 individual flags came out of the page-by-page scan. Repeated faults are grouped by cause, so one problem affecting many pages is listed once.

48 pages are sharing one sentence
Google shows a short description under every link. When a page has none of its own, the site falls back to the homepage’s — and the homepage has none either, so what fills in is a stand-in sentence written when the site was built. It is currently the description of 48 pages, the homepage among them: every sector page, Why Visit, Why Exhibit, Event Details, Connect, all eleven photo galleries. It also still says 2026.

The Event Details page still shows last year’s timings
Fix in Strapi1 page · the page people check before booking travel
Why it matters
The top of the page says the show runs 1–4 February 2027. A few lines below, under Timings of the Event, it lists Tuesday 4th to Friday 7th February 2026. Both are on screen at the same time, and the second one is last year’s show.
This is the page a visitor opens before booking a flight or a hotel, so it is the first thing to correct. The weekdays need changing as well as the dates: 1–4 February 2027 falls Monday to Thursday.
Where to change it
Strapi → Pages → Event Details → the Timings of the Event block

Thursday 4th February 2027 — 10:00 - 16:00
Please confirm the last day before you publish. We have carried the 16:00 finish across from the old schedule because that is what the page says today. If the 2027 show closes at a different time on the Thursday, change it in the same edit.

Three unfinished pages are live and in Google
Fix in Strapi3 pages
Why it matters
These look like pages someone built while trying out the page builder. They are public, they are listed in your sitemap, and Google is free to index them. Two of them carry placeholder headings and buttons that go nowhere.
Between them they produced more than half of everything our page-by-page browser check found on the entire site.
Where to change it
Strapi → Pages → unpublish, or tick noIndex in the page’s SEO section
Page
What is on it
/dynamic-block-pallavi/
Titled “Dynamic Block”. Placeholder headings — Airvent, Ventilation, Health, Performance — and four buttons that go nowhere. The word Performance is cut off mid-word because the heading is wider than the box it sits in.
/dynamic-block-prachi/
Also titled “Dynamic Block”. Ten dead buttons, labelled Button, Button With Primary Theme, Button with Secondary Theme and Signup Button. It also shows a pasted block of code that was meant to be a contact form.
/partners-sponsors-demo/
A copy of the real Partners & Sponsors page, marked “(Demo)”. Nothing is broken on it; it simply competes with the real page in search.
Either action works. Unpublishing removes them outright. If you would rather keep them for reference, tick noIndex in each page’s SEO section instead — that takes them out of Google and drops them from the sitemap automatically, with no developer involved.
Verified. All three load normally for anyone with the address, and all three are listed in sitemap.xml. Checked 26 August.

About Us is advertised in Google as a wholesale parts page
Fix in Strapi1 page
Why it matters
The About Us page has a title and description of its own, but they belong to a different page. Someone searching for AIRVent and finding About Us reads “Wholesale HVAC Parts & Supplies | AIRVent Expo 2026” and a sentence about procurement strategy. The page itself is your introduction to the exhibition.
It is also the last page on the site still advertising the 2026 show in its Google listing.

Nine links inside the site lead to a page that does not exist
Fix in Strapi9 links · 27 pages
Why it matters
Each of these can be clicked today and each one lands the reader on a “page not found” screen. Every one of them has a working page it should point at instead — nothing needs building.
Most are the same slip: the sector pages moved out from under /exhibit/ and the links inside articles were not updated. The last three are one-offs, and one of them is on your home page.
Where to change it
Strapi → the page or article → the link in the body text or the button field

/exhibitor-enquiry/
/exhibit/exhibitor-enquiry/
“Download the post show report” — the home page
/post-show-report/
/exhibit/download-post-show-report/
The home page one is the one to do first. The Download the post show report button sits on your home page and has been leading to an error. The report page itself is live and working at /exhibit/download-post-show-report/ — the button is simply pointing at an address that was never built.
One more link takes an unnecessary detour. In the article How Smart Ventilation Systems Are Revolutionising Indoor Air Quality, the link marked “AIRVent expo inquiry” is written as http:// rather than https://. It works, but every click is forwarded before it arrives. Adding the “s” — or writing just /exhibit/exhibitor-enquiry/ — removes the extra step.
Verified. We followed all nine addresses on the live site on 26 August: the ones on the left return an error page, the ones on the right load normally.

Six links to other websites no longer work
Fix in Strapi6 links · 17 pages
Why it matters
These point at other people’s websites, and those pages have gone. We opened every one of them in a normal browser as well as with our tools, because plenty of sites turn automated checkers away while working perfectly for a visitor — those are not listed here.
The Indian Logistics Partner link is the one worth attention: it sits on fourteen pages, including your home page.

ITE Group Events — “Visit Website”
woodexpo.com
Two letters missing. The real site is woodexexpo.com.
Plan Your Travel — two “Book your Stay” buttons
all.accor.com/hotel/8224, /hotel/8225
Accor has removed both pages. The same two hotels are now at ibiskievskaya.ru/en/ and novotelkievskaya.ru/en/, both live.
Plan Your Travel — “Book your Stay”
hiseligerskaya.ru/en/
The hotel’s site is fine, but its English page has gone. hiseligerskaya.ru works.
Two 2023 articles — “Business program 2023”, “found here >>”
airventmoscow.ru/en/Agenda/
The old AIRVent domain still works, but that page has gone. Point them at the current conference programme, or remove the link.
Checked in a real browser, not just a scanner. Several other outside links on the site — the ITE exhibitor catalogue, ScienceDirect, ResearchGate, the Hilton and Radisson booking pages — look broken to an automated tool and open perfectly well for a person. They need no action and are not in the table above.
Verified. All six re-checked on 26 August with a browser. The two Accor replacements are already in use on another ITE site, so they are known-good.

48 pages need a description of their own
Fix in Strapi48 pages
Why it matters
The description is the grey text under your link in a Google result. It is the sentence that decides whether someone clicks you or somebody else, and it is the one piece of your search listing you write yourself.
When that field is left empty the site falls back to the homepage’s description — and the homepage has no description saved either, so what appears instead is a stand-in sentence written when the site was built. Right now it is the description of 48 pages. Somebody searching for refrigeration systems and finding your refrigeration sector page reads a general invitation to book a stand, dated 2026.
The suggested wording below is a starting point drawn from what is actually on each page. Please read it against how you talk about the show and change anything that does not sound like you. Aim for 120–155 characters.

A guide for visitors to AIRVent 2026 — the exhibition floor, the conference programme and the product sectors on show at Crocus Expo.
Start with the home page. The home page has no SEO record in Strapi at all, which is why its stand-in sentence has spread across the site. Filling that one record in improves your most-visited page and shrinks this problem at the same time. We are separately correcting the stand-in text so that it no longer says 2026 for any page still relying on it.
About the two figures in the Why Visit line. The 11,500 visits and 200 exhibiting companies come from your own Why Visit page, rounded down. Neither figure carries a year on the site at the moment — see the exhibition-size decision further down, which asks the same question.
The other sixteen. The eleven photo galleries and the two thank-you pages on the same stand-in sentence are the next two items in this report, and the three unfinished pages above are being taken down — so this table covers every page that needs writing.

The eleven photo galleries read as one page to Google
Fix in Strapi11 pages
Why it matters
Each gallery page holds about forty words — a title and the photographs. With so little writing to tell them apart, a search engine reads them as near-copies of one another and will usually show only one of the eleven, choosing for itself which.
Two or three sentences on each — which halls, which day, what was happening — separates them properly. The descriptions below do the same job for the search listing.

Nine thank-you pages are being indexed by Google
Fix in Strapi9 pages
Why it matters
Pages such as “Thank you for your enquiry” are meant to be seen once, by someone who has just submitted a form. At the moment they can appear in search results in their own right, and four of them carry the same content as each other.
Ticking noIndex on each record takes them out of Google and drops them from the sitemap automatically. The pages keep working exactly as they do now for anyone who submits a form.

375 images are heavier than they need to be
Fix in Strapi375 images · 87 MB
Why it matters
Every visitor downloads these at full size, including anyone on a phone using mobile data, and Google counts page speed when it decides where to rank you. Anything over 100 kB is worth compressing.
The site cannot shrink them on its own — it serves whatever file was uploaded — so this is a re-upload in the Media Library rather than anything a developer can change. A free tool such as tinypng.com or squoosh.app does it well: resize to at most 1920 pixels wide and save as WebP at around 80% quality. That typically takes a 2 MB photograph under 200 kB with no visible difference.
Two galleries account for 72 of the 87 MB. Those are the place to start.

The two galleries to start with. The AIRVent 2025 — Exhibition gallery holds 399 photographs totalling 36.7 MB on one page; the AIRVent 2026 — Exhibition gallery holds 35 photographs totalling 35.2 MB. The 2025 page cannot realistically finish loading on a phone. It is also worth asking whether 399 photographs is the right number for one page, or whether a chosen forty or fifty would serve a visitor better.
Where the number comes from. We measured every image the crawl found across all 134 pages: 375 files above 100 kB, 87 MB between them. Each file is counted once, however many pages it appears on. The full list is available on request.

The show is given two different sizes, and two different sector counts
We need a decisionDecision
Why it matters
Your home page and your About Us page quote the exhibition at two different sizes, and neither says which year it refers to. A visitor who reads both pages sees the show shrink.
The sector count has the same problem: About Us says eight, and the Sectors page lists nine.
Where to change it
Tell us which figures are right and we will make them agree

8 Sectors — the Sectors page lists 9
For reference, the figures that do agree. The home page and Why Visit both give 11,513 visits and 216 exhibiting companies, and both are presented as the 2026 result. Those two are consistent.
What we need from you. Which area figure is the one to use, and whether it belongs to the 2026 show or is the space booked for 2027. Adding the year beside the number — “16,400 sqm in 2026” — removes the question for a reader as well. Both are content fields, so your team can change them directly; tell us if you would rather we did it.

“Join Leadscanning” on About Us has no page behind it
We need a decisionDecision
Why it matters
The About Us page has an AIRVent Leadscanning section, and its link leads to an error page. Unlike the other dead links in this report there is no working page it can be pointed at — the page appears never to have been built, or to have been removed.
It reads as a product you offer, so leaving the link in place while it goes nowhere is the worst of the three options.
Where to change it
Tell us whether to build the page or take the link down
What we need from you. Either the copy for a Leadscanning page — what it is, what it costs, who to contact — and we will build it, or the word that the section comes off About Us. If the service is described somewhere else already, tell us where and we will point the link there instead.
12
The main blue buttons are hard for some people to read
We need a decisionDecision · 32 pages
Why it matters
White text on your brand blue comes out at 3.3 to 1 against the background. The accessibility standard asks for 4.5 to 1 on text at this size, so anyone reading in bright sunlight, on an older screen, or with reduced contrast vision will struggle with the button labels — Register, Book a Stand, Download.
The same blue is fine behind large headings, which have a lower bar to clear. It is only the button text that falls short.
This is your brand colour, so we have not touched it. Darkening it to roughly #0072a6 keeps the same hue and clears the standard; the alternative is to leave the blue exactly as it is and accept the shortfall.
Where to change it
Tell us whether to darken the blue, and we will change it
What we need from you. Whether the slightly darker blue is acceptable. If you would like to see it first we can put a copy of the home page side by side with the current one before anything goes live. If the brand blue is fixed and cannot move, tell us and we will close the item.
13
The pop-up tool is turned away on every page
We need a decisionDecision · 133 pages
Why it matters
Every page on the site loads a pop-up and email-capture tool — the kind used for newsletter sign-up boxes and exit-intent offers. On this site it has never shown anything, because airventexpo.com is not registered against the account the tool belongs to. Every page load asks, and every page load is refused.
Visitors see nothing either way; there is no broken box on screen. The cost is a little speed on every page, a quiet error in the background — and no pop-ups, if pop-ups were the plan.
The choice is a business one rather than a technical one, and it is the same on the other ITE sites we look after, so whoever manages that account may want to check which addresses are registered on it at all.
Where to change it
Tell us whether the pop-ups stay or go
The referrer site could not be found. It may not have been registered with OptinMonster. Domain provided: (airventexpo.com)The answer the tool’s service returns for every page on the site. We asked it directly on 26 August.
What we need from you. Whether the pop-ups are still part of the plan. If yes, someone with access to that account registers airventexpo.com and we check that campaigns start appearing. If no, we take the tool out and every page gets slightly faster — that is a change on our side and needs nothing from your team.
If you have time
Worth doing, not urgent
None of these is a problem. They are the difference between a site that is correct and one that is polished.
784 photographs have no written description
The alternative text field on an image is what a blind visitor’s screen reader reads out, and it is one of the few signals a search engine gets from a photograph. It is empty on nearly every image in the Media Library. This is a long job that does not need doing at once: the logo and the two social icons first, since they are on all 134 pages, then the home page, the sector pages and Why Visit, then article headers, then galleries — where one short line per gallery is plenty. Write what is in the picture: “engineers inspecting a ventilation unit at AIRVent 2025”, not “photo”.
38 page titles are very short
Tools, Connect, Sectors, Articles. Google gives you roughly sixty characters and these use a fraction of it, telling a searcher nothing about the show. “HVAC Tools & Equipment — AIRVent 2027” works harder than “Tools”. Not urgent, but it is the cheapest improvement on this list.
Eight article titles are cut off in Google
They run past sixty characters and Google truncates them mid-sentence. The headline on the article itself can stay as long as it likes — it is the SEO title field that needs a shorter version. The longest are the Turkish Embassy article at 118 characters and the “Top news for the first half of 2025” article at 110.
Three links say only “Read More” or “Click here”
On Plan Your Travel and the older sectors page. Link text like “Read more about visa support” tells both a reader and a search engine where the link goes before they commit to it. Very minor.
Headings inside articles skip a level
Article bodies go straight from the main headline to a small sub-heading, skipping the level in between. If the editor offers Heading 2, using it for an article’s main sections — and Heading 3 only for points underneath them — reads better to a search engine and looks identical to a reader. Worth adopting for new articles rather than going back through the old ones.

What happens now
Two things first
The event timings on the Event Details page, and the three unfinished pages that are live in Google. Both are quick, both are seen by customers today, and neither needs anything from us.
Then work down the list
The dead links are next — the one on your home page especially — then the descriptions, which are the long job. Every item on the list can be done in Strapi and goes live when you publish.
Answer the four decisions
The two exhibition-size figures, whether to build a Leadscanning page, whether the button blue can be darkened, and whether the pop-up tool stays. Reply to this report and we will action all four.
We re-run the check
Once your changes are published we run the same scan again and send you a short before-and-after. No need to tell us when — just say the word.
Every item in this report was checked by hand against the live site on 26 August 2026, including the links to other websites, which we opened in a normal browser as well as with our tools. Things our scan flagged that turned out to be fine — 115 images it thought were broken, the spelling warnings, the reading-difficulty scores, the redirect pages under /exhibit/ — are not listed here. The site’s security certificate is healthy. Suggested wording throughout is a starting point drawn from what is on each page today: please read it before publishing and change anything that does not match how you talk about the event.
